Glenn's name wasn't on the 'In Memoriam' bit of The Talking Dead.

I'm glad it wasn't just me that didn't get what Daryl was doing!

I refuse to believe Glen has gone!

Much and all as I don't want Glenn to be dead, I think it might stretch believability a bit to have him recover from that one because realism is such a feature of the programme

Next week's episode is Morgan's journey I think (possibly featuring Jesus as the cheese maker) so I doubt we'll be any the wiser.

Lots of people making a fuss over Rick's cut hand. Even Talking Dead fumbled over it. It was cut by a blade that's definitely been inside a walker, which is a death sentence in the comics. They're not likely to kill the protagonist just yet though so my bet is the show sticks to the 'it has to be a bite' way of thinking. And the producers are trolling comic readers by making it so prominent.

I'm almost certain that Glen is alive. I have a theory about his escape but it gives too many hints to people who don't read the comics so I'll keep it to myself.

Also, Daryl is pissing me off. He's been so meek in these first 3 episodes that I'm going off him a bit.

He's very much a fan favourite so I think they're building up other characters for the audience to get the show ready to kill him off.

I also think Glen isn't dead this time but will be pretty much as soon as the audience gets over the relief of him being alive.

Glenn could be saved if a loud noise or fire happens and the walkers turn around and leave the alley. Maybe!

I'm like 90% certain Glenn is not dead.

AMC just spent $100,000 on motorcycles for the character.

They are not going to use that much of their budget and then just kill him off.

Course they could...especially if the death involves a stunt scene that involves destroying motorcycles.

I don't think Glen has gone either; the entrails coming out do look like they are coming out of a body on top of his but it does seemed a bit far fetched or maybe Nicolas's space out signals a dream sequence a la Bobby Ewing :) because I thought it sounded like their guns were out of bullets before they hopped up on the dumpster.

I didn't understand Darryl's detour either - I thought he was going back to help Rick but it kind of ending up being nothing.

Was anyone else concerned the jar of apple sauce in the Wolves man's pocket signified they have taken Judith or was it there to just let Rick know they were in Alexandria?

Anyway it was a really, really good episode - it has been a great start to the season. It is going to be so hard next week waiting through Morgan's backstory, though I am sure it will be good.

Poor Rick, a ZA is just careering from one disaster to another. It's all so unending.

Hasn't Abraham in the tv series survived a similar wound to Rick's? A blade killed a walker then stabbed him in the shoulder?

I absolutely think Glenn is dead. On the talking dead the producer gave a statement saying that in some form or another Glenn or parts of him will be seen again.
I'm now convinced Glenn is dead and Maggie is pregnant. We'll see Glenn live on through the child.

Yeah Sasha stabbed him by accident when they were fighting walkers.

But obviously nothing happened to him.

Also his hand was really fucked up but now it seems to be fine.

As I have said I am not convinced he's dead, it seems a strange storyline to change if he's going to die.

I think he could easily (though obviously not realistically) have Nicolas land on him and get eaten, then roll under the dumpster and be rescued by Enid or by a character yet to be introduced on the tv show creating a diversion that draws the walkers off.

But Though I would miss Glenn I do think it would be much better/more fitting to the show if he did die. It's such a bleak, lonely end, wasteful almost. Exactly the type of death that would happen.

My point was the writer obviously want people to think that shes pregnant.

Sometimes when they make things obvious they tend to not be true.

I can't decide if Glenn is dead or not. It was shot in such a peculiar way and so unclear, obviously for a cliffhanger ending, but then if he is dead it will come as a bit of an anticlimax as we're all expecting him to make a miraculous escape. Although how the hell he would escape from being flat on his back in the middle of a herd of walkers I don't know. It would have to be one hell of a plot so maybe he is, in fact, just dead. If he has died in such an ambiguous way though I will not be happy. But then they did get rid of Beth in a freaky unnecessary accident so who knows.

I don't usually post but bloody hell, that was intense! I did wonder if they were going to kill him off, every time he said "I love you" to Maggie I got nervous.
But I think it highly unlikely that Glenn would have survived falling into the herd, which makes me think he will reappear as a walker...

I think the thing with ricks hand is just to highlight that he isn't at his best ready for the oncoming herd.

Did anyone notice what glen was doing in the pet shop? Somethung with Hershals watch? Bomb?

Isn't it strange how the rv started 1st time when Rick first got in, but now won't start. Thats always very convenient in tv shows.

I wanted to know what he did with the watch too.
