Man that was stressful! What happened to Rick's hand? He seemed to be injured but as I spent the whole episode shrieking "what the fuck!" I'm not sure if I missed something?

I'm so confused by a lot of what happened in that episode.

What was the writing on Michonne's arm?

Were they wolves attacking rick in the van?
Why did no-one think to check in the cupboard in the pet shop?

Rick cut his hand when his knife broke. I rewatched because I thought he was bitten.

I'm really hoping it was Nicholas' innards, but watching it again, it does seem to clearly show him falling sideways and Glenn falling forwards...

But he could survive if Nicolas did fall forward, doing that weird wearing someone's guts thing, he could be alive. And hopefully under the dumpster alive!

Surely if it was Glenn being devoured he would have at least passed out by now? But then he has been so much that perhaps he's hardened. My pennies worth is that Nicholas is on top of Glen. As the camera panned out it looked like Glen was shimmying his way under the bin.
