How efficient would policing in this country be if you actually had all of these resources available to you instead of a bitter desk sergeant, a team of three constables, one of whom is on long term sick, one buried under a pile of paperwork and the other doing the work of 3 people, a 2 week wait for CCTV footage, no budget, 7 forms to fill in before you can even issue a warrant and health and safety meaning your staircase has been declared a no go zone and you have no way of actually leaving the station.
