Hmmm, it wasn't as pacey this week and the tone was a bit more kitchen sink. And what man would tell his own mother that he was having a long standing affair? Especially when the mother is fond her daughter in law.

I suspect the MIL is prob a bit shady too.

I don't usually bother with this kind of drama, but it is quite compelling, isn't it?
The acting is very good, and the dramatic tension is....well, tense!
I will watch again next week, I do want to know where it goes.

Too many anguish-faced close ups tonight. Could have moved the story on instead of having all that so-called emotion on the screen for about 20 minutes of the bloody programme.??Utter tosh but still very watchable. It's hooked me right in.??Can't wait for the revenge to emerge.

Argh Am I the only one who wishes she would just log onto MN and get some straight talking advice? Now that would be a fun series :)

I reckon the daughter theory is a good one - so restaurant mum is Simon's yesteryear fling and Neil Stuke (quite a big star these days so likely to have a chunky role) will join Suranne as a cuckolded spouse when the big reveal happens....

I'm hoping she sorts out the alcoholic doctor, brings him back to the practice and sacks the so called friend.

Then fucks the husband of the friends who live over the road who were pictured out with him and OW, and makes sure his wife finds out, preferably by sending her a video.

And whilst doing all this she arranges a divorce, ensuring her DH ends up homeless and penniless.

I still think there's some relevance around the conversation about her husband not being able to swim, and the starting sequence where stuff is floating past in water. Maybe she'll drown him?
