I don't think the parents know, I think the panicked looks were because Gemma is seemingly a bit drunk and a bit highly strung in the middle of their family dinner.

So why would they invite Doc Foster and hubster over for dinner? They clearly know from the holiday he is with Kate.

I suppose the dd could have been at the villa without her folks so doesn't necessarily mean they know?

They were all in the photos, or so it seems, on the same holiday together.

There's going to be some horrible kind of twist to all this I just know it ... but I so desperately want her to get one over on that smug horrible bastard husband of hers and that the sulky hard faced 23 year old he's shagging.

Glasspumpkin - the parents weren't on holiday with Simon and Kate in France. It was Simon's assistant and not sure who else.

Maybe the whole family want to rip them off and Kate isn't pregnant at all or in love with the Docs hubby

The Secretary woman clearly said that the father didn't know and that he would 'kill Simon' if he found out he was shagging his daughter. Didn't say anything about the mother though.

Looking at comments I am now thinking only Mrs Parks, the mother, knows. That's why she looked so uncomfortable when they arrived unexpectedly. The father doesn't know which is why he told them to come in anyway.

Jack's pills may not have had his name on if he got them on the sly himself, being as he was a doctor too.

Question is, who took them out of her bag, and who gave them to MIL?

Yes but Mrs Parks invited them in the first place even if it was for next week, so surely she can't know can she? Maybe she has guessed and wants to see for herself, or there was an agenda for inviting them.
