I still think there's going to be a massive twist. We've never actually seen Kate and Simon together. The pub scene could have been for the benefit of the barmaid. They have both confided in Ros and Barmaid. I think there is a con going on somewhere.

There was a photo of Kate and Simon together on the secret phone. I'd be looking for/at that phone every day if it were me.

Anyone else wondering if......maybe.....she is not a Dr after all? Perhaps the story is about who SHE really is. All the stuff about telling lies and being truthful. Maybe she just appeared in London. Why are her parents dead? Is it just to give the character money that was "invested" or is it to conceal a past?

We see her doing some treatment but nothing complex.
