....wow and breathe. I'm not giving anything away for those who haven't seen doctor foster yet but that was real edge of the seat stuff with the different twists etc.

Congrats rich on becoming a great aunt! Loved your call for a name change - we call our great aunt Gwen GAG and Martin her DH GUM - seem to remember in a children's book from my early days they did this maybe it was in ballet shoes- its a bit younger than great or grand aunt , anyway enjoy her. Glad to hear that all passed off OK last Friday!
Now off to catch up with all that ff - being left on greenstuff's cliff hanger was dreadfully painful and you girls have all been creatively busy. It is just like new term fever, plus it feels like watchalong is giving you all a revised sense of purpose!!

Morning.

A cold autumn day here today so my winter jumpers are starting to be worn.

Parents are staying in a nice hotel for a couple of nights on the South Shields coast from tonight so I'm looking after their cats. Haven't done it for a while but hope they're good for me.

Did anybody watch Doctor Foster last night?

Glad your Mum is feeling well enough to go away for a bit Kelly.

I watched Dr Foster but got distracted at the point she met her solicitor patient in a bar. Do I need to watch that bit again?

Cool here as well today. Gone back into tights for work.

It's very mists and mellow fruitfulness here this morning. Feeling very resistant about work at the moment. I hope it's just that I haven't adjusted to the new routine yet.??????We watched the first episode of Dr Foster last night, I'm afraid I hadn't turned off my work brain and I was concentrating massively on her many displays of unprofessionalism rather than her husbands bottom adultery. I also thought they both looked much older than their supposed 37/40.

Suranne whatsit was being interviewed by Chris Evans just before but it was sbout Scott and Bailey not Dr Foster. I guess I picked on the unprofessionalisms too whereas in OG I chose to ignore them!

Morning, brighter this morning after so much rain last night, three drowned cats!

I watched Dr Foster. I'm enjoying it, I love her acting, but pixie you're right they both look much older than the supposed age.

ilove your grapes are amazing (no euphemism intended!). Mine are still bright green with no signs of them turning yet.

I've just done the sainsburys shop and had a browse in the home section Nd I noticed the "Stag" revival is back. I'll have to look out for new knickers! I lost the bell on mine. Might have to reserect them for the Watch Along :)

Thanks ilove. I think they needed a break after the year they're having. They've got a balcony with their room so they'll probably have a relax most of the time. Mam didn't look well at all yesterday, she just gets so tired. Even 10 mins watching the kids is too much for her now.

I noticed that rich about the stag collections everywhere. Love the dedication to the cause with the stag knickers.

mooj had a quick look at that clip last night, until I realised I was on my work laptop .... shortly after I laughed so loud the kids wanted to know what I was looking at ... oops!!!!

In work today. Very boring day ... yawn ... the sun's out ... I want to be outside, not stuck at a desk. Mind you, it is quiet, I am sitting down and I do have a cup of coffee. OK, maybe I should just enjoy the "down time" (don't tell my boss I said that!!)

Well THAT got a bit messy! Poor Manu unfortunately is the jealous type and was completely unreasonable when I tried to explain that Matthias was merely complimenting me on my new piercings and was needing a closer look to appreciate the intricacy of their positioning. Of course relations deteriorated further when Matthias rather rudely commented that Manu looked like a member of the overweight jowly Lego Village People play set and that's when the brawl broke out. I'm just grateful AT was hiding in my back passage and smuggled me on the Virgin flight home before the paparazzi arrived

Lovely poster pix. Reminds me of that line in Casino Royale when Vesper and James are flirting and she says, 'if all thats left of you is your little finger you're more of a man than any I've ever met' then James says 'that's because you know what I can do with my little finger'. Swoon.

Yes woof I was getting worried about you thinking you may have been arrested too. Glad AT helped you make a quick getaway. What do you think of Manu's mugshot? I'm impressed with how square his face is!

No kel I fear the strain of seeing my ever-increasing popularity with other males is getting to poor Manu. That mugshot is not his finest hour indeed and the Jason King moustache has got to go . It seems he's following in Russell Crowe's footsteps and "letting himself go" now he doesn't have to work out for the Crixus role. I may have to dump him by text very soon if he doesn't buck his ideas up.

Ah no arrested and then dumped. Not a good week for poor Manu.

Well that's the cats fed and watered. Plus I've reacquainted myself with the art of cleaning cat litter trays.

Can't wait for Hunted at 9 on Ch 4. Hoping my lovely Captain Pathfinder is in it more this week and hopefully driving a 4 x 4 wearing all black and looking stern while driving it.

Bit of OG gen. In the Daily Mail online tonight it shows you TG and MK walking out of BBC studios in London having a good laugh together. Apparently they must have met a lady from the army there but this lady looked more like a glamour model than army. MK should fit right in then.

Wonder what they were discussing. Wonder if the cast is sorted yet

Not looking forward to new series really. If only TG would tell us if LT is doing a cameo scene or not instead of quite a few people tweeting him and asking. (Its not just me-ha!)

Oooh long long long day. Just sat down and caught up with Dr foster.... So fab and can't wait to see what happens!! Intriguing to see where they go with this. Will have to catch up with hunted tomorrow but am never going to near the TV from tomorrow night as along with football that DP watches, the rugby World Cup starts tomorrow night.. although I don't mind looking at Chris robshaws thighs
