Just packed up but we have the morning in Vienna then have to get to the airport. Sunny again but rain is forecast.

Up early and out of the house before MrP and DS were even out of bed. I'd like to complain about the person who thought that getting the early train on Mondays was a good idea, but that person was me.

Ooh Maddie I think first time jabs are harder on you than them. I was in tears about it, DS squawked a bit, but a couple of minutes on the boob and everything was fine. Small dose of calpol at the ready, and a nice DVD in the player (mine would only ever nap on me at this age which is how I watched every episode of the Gilmour Girls twice).

Oo jabs Maddie. I used to hate the idea of the kids getting those. I had to take DH with me so he could go in with them. . How's your new plasterboard wall getting on?

Forgot you liked Gilmore Girls pix. Did you know apparently they're making more? I'm sure I read that somewhere.

Ah thanks all! Wasnt too worried about it as its third lot but when I got there the nurse said they are introducing men b injections as per a new protocol so 3 jabs in his chunky thighs and has got to have calpol for at least 24 hrs as high likelihood of fever with men b. Ah well it's done now and he seems to like the taste of calpol so that's good! And naps are a total nightmare... As he in he fights everyone unless he's in the buggy so might brave the weather and take the dog out and hope he sleeps.

maddie glad injections werent too bad. When mine were due to get theirs, there was a big hoohaa about the MMR one.

Mm. Just noticed a very agreeable looking male following me on Twitter. Nice. Think it's more to do with diabetes connection with DD. He sounds like a nutritionist or something.

Can't wait for new Doctor Foster and Hunted this week. Once these programmes are finished in a few weeks time, I wonder if we might get some OG news as it'll be into October by then.

maddie my oldest was in a clinical trial for a new men b vaccination, and he had no side effects at all, so hope yours are ok. Mine were always on the boob after too, worked a treat ... (Whispers, contentious subject, but even the pre-school one with littlest!).

Funny how nickel you're mentioning Laurie Love's new one. I was going to come on here and mention it. I've just read it but it's fab and definitely a lie down needed after reading!! She's such a fab writer.

Apparently, she's thinking of writing another CJ & Molly FF! Hope that happens. I love her writing.

ilove peach tree is on our allotment, not trained or anything. Just had peach cobbler with custard which was yum. I think the chillies I put in the chutney though were too hot - it's def a spicy peach chutney now.

Long day at work for me too today, enlivened only by Mr ICan'tKeepMyKneesTogether sitting opposite me once again in his shorts. I'm getting really good at eating/drinking whilst staring straight ahead eyes trained on subject.

I wonder if he's dropping you hints by sitting opposite you all the time ice?

She is the nuts at QS kel, got the nod to her kept her obsession (JI) but seems to me there was a CJ reference too :)

nickel honestly, its sheer coincidence that I'm happening to be writing this, the same night I read LL's latest. Honestly, no connection there. It's been half written for ages but been so busy recently with new school routines etc that literally this is the first night in ages I've got to write a bit more.

It's really nerve-wracking writing QS but I'm just going to go for it and hide under a table afterwards!
