Well what do we all think? Hmmmm, not sure what I think just at the moment. Reckon I want to know if BA is going to be in it or at least a BA lookalike. Hmmm just not sure what I think.

Now I've heard its Michelle Keegan I am seriously worried she will end up on Graham Norton next Autumn. Suggest we are extremely serious for the next twelve months or more and hopefully all previous threads will be forgotten!!!!

I also read today that MM is going to be a baddie in the next series of The Musketeers - just as an unrelated aside that no one will care about, right now.

Maybe TG decided just to park the CJ/MD story there. The romance is never going to be as interesting as the long term story of them nagging each other over whose turn it is to empty the dishwasher

I suppose the cast details will emerge over time. I find it hard to believe that CJ would appear without MD or that we would be expected to accept him involved with another army medic. I can't imagine writing another storyline in which a medic has a romance with a senior officer either. If that is what it turns into I imagine it would be with someone at a similar rank or there again possibly not at all. I'm sure though that it will be well researched and thought provoking. Before I stopped watching Corrie I quite liked MK in it. She's good at looking angry, shouting and crying!

MK is strongly rumoured to be a 'Strictly' contender this year. I guess she could do it before starting filming. Although we'd rather see BA do it I suspect - but that might not gonna happen! I suppose we'll have to learn a whole new vocab for MK as she's probably going to be a northener or adopt some totally false accent.

If what you say turns out to be true ice- we're just going to have to trust TG to get it right. From a writing point of view that's an interesting dilemma. What do you feel is right/believable versus what the viewers want. Which is better? Only one way to find out - FIGHT

I've given up on shortening my trousers (which I should have done about a month ago) and have come back on my laptop. It's easier to type on here than on a phone.

Rationally, I think we always knew it would be difficult to have a second series with both MD/CJ in it. They couldn't have served together, even if CJ withdrew his resignation, and we didn't want (did we?) CJ as a house husband whilst MD was overseas somewhere. There might not be much of a story in that anyway.

However, were there a couple of ff stories with MD out in Africa in the middle of the ebola crisis? I think one was klipdoctor. I just can't think who the other was - somebody on here though?
