In the last epsiode Ian clearly say max is renting off his brother when he has that tantrum in the pub.

But tobee it's not just the way she speaks to Ian and Jane - she's so rude to Carol, and has made bitchy comments recently about both Buster and Max. Hmm, on reflection, maybe that shows the contempt she has for 'older men' - putting them in the same category as Ian?

Has Jean's Sausage Surprise ever made an appearance on screen?

I know Cindy's really rude but I just feel she has potential as a character and I like the actress.

I'm sure I've seen sausage surprise but maybe that's just in my fevered imagination, I feel like it was some Pyrex casserole dish with loads of tinned tomato.

Grin the same idea occurred to me too! I imagine it as being similar to the sausage goulash my mum used to make in the early 1980s (which was actually lush). That was quite 'exotic' back then - served with soured cream and everything.

PS I agree, Cindy character has potential and I thought the actress did v. well during the live eps.

Yes, the house certainly did belong to Jack at one point. I think either they were renting & the landlord was going to sell so he bought it or they had money troubles & he bailed them out. That was about the time that Jack & Tanya shacked up together for a while. I don't remember Jack ever selling it to Max. Perhaps they had a deal whereby Max could live there as long as he paid the mortgage & bills.

I'm doubtful about the key being linked to Sean being Zoe's twin. Jean made some comment about how Brian had been a good man but lost his way a bit. I'm thinking it may turn out to be a stash of money from an illegal source & he was murdered because of his illegal activities & didn't die as a result of an accident at work. Or maybe he took Kat's other baby & sold it to someone in Ireland!

Grin at Kat being a "stable influence" on anyone!

I think jean and Shirley are friends as when Shirley was in a dark place over heathers death(or maybe it was when she found out about bens/phils involvement) Jean was really good to her. I vaguely remember a scene where Shirley was on some scaffolding and she was getting annoyed as jean wouldn't leave her alone but then they had a talk.

Jean's husband died because Sean hit him & he fell (at work) I don't see how they can change that storyline, as Sean was there when it happened.

Thanks different, I'd forgotten it was Sean what dunnit! Was it ever explained why he did it? Maybe Brian had another woman. Stacey's probably about to find new siblings... Maybe Donna will be her sister!

As far as I remember Sean told Tanya that He hit His Dad, don't know what they were arguing about though, and the next Day He dropped down Dead and Sean blamed Himself. But it was never stated if He died because of the hit or not....JUST BRING BACK SEAN PLEASE (With the same Actor) PLEASE!!!!

i hate the Char Cindy, but yes the actress is really good, although they tend to cast close to the character. so it would in interesting to see if she does anything else

No one plans a pregnancy do they? Oh and no one goes overdue and had to be induced it have a csection? It's all dramatic 5 min labours.
