Have been keeping an eye on the scores for the women, but have been out most of the day. Is very nice hear- complete contrast to earlier in the week.

I know what you mean about end of tourney blues Raahh, I feel a bit that way. By semis in Wimbledon I always feel like the summer is at an end and it's only first week in July.

I know- it always feels like such a long time til anything else is on (even though it is only a few weeks).

But this is the only period of the year that I can watch tennis on tv consistently for 6 weeks. I hate it when it comes to an end.

My family are happy though

I know, I watch more tv these 6 weeks than I watch for the whole of the rest of the year together. That's how I justify myself to the family - although to be fair, they know what's coming now! Safarova through. If Serena gets to the final how I would love Lucie to beat her.

Yes she's barely able to stand apparently but won the second and just broken serve at beginning of third. She's evidently unwell but it must be extremely off putting for Timea seeing her moping about. Still, she's not doing anything wrong per se, I just think this is very difficult for Timea.
