Also why would Cora have needed three bedrooms . If Stacey, Martin and Lily are living there I assume if has three beds. Surely Stacey wouldn't have invited Martin to move into her rent free flat so she could share with her daughter.

But MrsDV - did you not know that the system is overflowing with relinquished newborns whose birth mothers do not drink or take drugs? When Aunty Fatima said to social services "oh don't have her adopted - her birth mother will definitely want her back in the next decade or so - then she can be looked after by an unnamed babysitter whilst her parents carry on with their lives in the Vic as normal" they replied "oh totally - far better to keep her in care - we'd probably struggle to find adoptive parents anyway....."

I was very confused it looked like Stacey had decorated the old flat in about 2 days. It's exactly the same layout just kitchen moved around though makes sense as to crowded before.
Are they have supposed to have moved downstairs/new flat? Why would Alfie have paid the rent on a 3 bed if she just needed 2? Surely would made sense to stay where she was. So frustration wish they would say. Only other explanation is they left her 10k to decorate get brand new kitchen sofa etc
