Sean is 5 years older as when he went off to the army at 16, Stacey was 11 (thanks wiki!) so it could be Sean.

I know but they had a picture of the original Sean on the Skype page. I think its just a plot to give the key and Stacey a storyline!

Maybe Kat and Alfie are the lottery winners and that's why they leave, new life with some actual money. Then in a few years they'll be back having pissed it all away and they will be back to square one.

I thought it was a really good episode. Yes Kat over acted in parts but I'll forgive her that.

I too think they'll go to find her other twin in Ireland.

I just hope this is it, and she doesn't go around sleeping and cheating ever again. It's been so overdone with her now. It needs to stop.

I'm ignoring the improbability of June Whitfield remembering random details about Kats birth from 30 years ago, but not remembering she had twins.

They love the secret babies on EE at the moment.

Ooh. Kat had 2 babies? So is Sean the same age as Zoe and will he be returning?

Sean's dob is 25/12/83. Zoe's is 1/2/84.

She did remember. She constantly referred to Kat's babies, plural. Kat only talked about Zoe. I thought it was odd as Kat hadn't mentioned any other children. Then she checked the records and said "I thought so" when they showed Twins had been born.

I thought last nights was great very moving yes I know kat over acted in parts loved sister june with her 3 fags and hip flask. Surely kat remembered she plopped 2 babies and here was us thinking it was shurl who had twins. I cant remember stacy knowing Sean was alive must have missed that bit.

Ah Soupy, you're right. She said to Kat 'how's the babies' when she they were walking up the stairs. I thought Id missed Kat telling her she had Bert and Ernie.
So actually an unexpected twin birth to a 14 year old would probably be quite memorable.

Kat did say something about June & her mum being the only people who knew what happened - it was implied she meant the suicide attempt but perhaps there was more. It sounds like she was there for a while after having the babies so presumably June would know if Kat had seen both babies. Maybe the babies were taken to a real hospital straight after birth as her mum's babies & one was sent away then.

It was shite. Kat gets on nerves. She seems like a horrible person and although the rape must have damaged her beyond repair, she doesn't make it easy to feel sympathy for her. I don't particularly enjoy her character parts and so was hoping there'd be more to this episode besides her.

why would they spilt the babies and bring up the zoe as the sister, and sean if it is him as the cousin - doesnt make sense

how/why would jean pretend to have had a son, knowing that his twin was being brought up by her brother as their daughter, when really his grandaughter

I had c section, so haven't 'given birth' as such, but surely you'd know you'd pushed two out?

I don't get why they separated the babies either. I don't know if I could believe it possible to be sean. Esp since jean obv struggled to raise both sean and Stacey when she was ill-would they have really asked a person who was at that point quite fragile to bring up a boy as her own and to keep that secret forever.
And if the baby went to strangers that makes even less sense-as I am assuming kats parents brought zoe up as their daughter in order to keep her in the 'bio family' rather than 'giving her up' completely. So if they gave one child up for adoption and kept zoe, it makes no sense.

There is a difference between not noticing pushing two melons out of your fanjo and mixing up nuns and nurses as a child.

Perhaps they were concerned that Kat wouldn't let them just give her "baby" away so when there was a second one as well they decided to keep one & not tell her about the other? Or because it would've been too many extra mouths to feed.

My birth memories are pretty fuzzy now & it's only been 2 years since the last one. I'm fairly confident about how many babies came out though! Perhaps they told her it was just the placenta or something?! That could be plausible if he wasn't breathing initially & she was already distressed about giving birth. They may have assumed he wouldn't make it & then not known how to tell her about it afterwards! Does all seem a bit far-fetched but I'm happy with straw-clutching storylines if it's leading up to them heading off-screen!
