PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT***

Next episode is Easter Monday at 8.30pm (for an hour). This is the start of knockout week.

Then:
Wednesday 8pm-9pm
Thursday 8pm-9pm
Friday 8.30pm-9pm

They start the week with 12, lose one a night and at the end of Friday they're down to 8.

Then just to confuse us even more they put an episode on a Sunday (12th April) 7.30-8pm.
Monday 13th 8pm-9pm.

That's as far as the BBC website shows at the moment. That's semi-final week so presumably the finals are the following week.

Bloody eat the plate then. I'd enjoy watching that.

I've never had a cooked lettuce, the idea intrigues me though.

Pete and Blusher girl currently competing for the boot.

I've got some slightly manky looking iceberg in the fridge......don't think that will cut it though.

Aww Sarah gone - should have been Pete.

I liked Sarah, sad to see her go.

I liked Blusher Girl but her meals were always random little bits and pieces plonked on a plate.

When do we gather here again?

Mmmmm braised lettuce. Warm chicken livers with caramelised red onions on little gem all on top of brioche. Drool

I have had braised little gem - it was gorgeous. When I tried to make it - not so much.

I did have a mean little snicker when Tony The Moustache's chocolate cylinders melted when he poured in warm cherry stuff.

My family looked at me like this , because I said there was too much chocolate in that dessert. I like chocolate, but by the end of a three course meal, I would find that too rich.
