Don't know if there's already a thread about it. It's at 8 on ITV. Will watch it but think it'll just be a lot of squabbling and point scoring tbh...

Fun to watch it with you lot tho! Smile

I think

Leanne
Dave
Nicola
Ed
Nige
Nick
Natalie

handfulofcottonbuds · 02/04/2015 22:07

Greens did terribly - Caroline Lucas had so much personality

Chipstick10 · 02/04/2015 22:07

The only thing I agree with NIcola on is an independent Scotland

TSSDNCOP · 02/04/2015 22:07

TBF watching that SNP HQ must have been praising the be-tartaned gogs that wee Alec wasn't on that dais.

handfulofcottonbuds · 02/04/2015 22:08

Farage may have previously had new supporters but the HIV comment would have done him no favours, nasty, racist man.

TheRealMaryMillington · 02/04/2015 22:09

This will have done the Greens no favours.

Cameron was passionless, heartless and stagey

Milliband was a cringefest of awful body language

Nothing to say about Clegg.

funchum8am · 02/04/2015 22:09

Nichola for me, but as I am in England I will have to stick with Labour for some attempt at a progressive set of policies. They do have some great policies, they just haven't always communicated them as well as they might.

Wolfcub · 02/04/2015 22:09

Sadly farage probably has the kind of supporters who think you can contract Hiv from a loo seat

Idontseeanydragons · 02/04/2015 22:09

So much better watching it here!! Grin
Nicola and Leanne stole it IMO, if I had to go for one of the usual crew then Ed just about came third. I'm embarrassed for the Greens.

HelenaDove · 02/04/2015 22:10

Cotton Farage disgusted me already but that was a new low even for him.

Behooven · 02/04/2015 22:10

Strange pollsters on sky saying Leanne Wood was poor
I thought she did well

BoulevardOfBrokenSleep · 02/04/2015 22:11

I mean, we're all biased to our own political view, but...

I think Dave must be regretting agreeing to debate with five party leaders who think he's a dangerously right-wing twat, and one who thinks he's a dangerously left-wing Europhile twat.

He should have stuck with the three-way with one bloke who basically agrees with him, and another who wants to beat him to death with a rolled up Health And Social Care Act, after five painful years handcuffed together.

handfulofcottonbuds · 02/04/2015 22:11

Yes Helena - that was way too far and made me sick. Who made him God?

FrankelandFilly · 02/04/2015 22:11

Oooh, the Spin Room live on BBC 10 o clock News

MrsPeabody · 02/04/2015 22:12

Agreed that Greens did terribly.

All the answers were on another planet. Even Farage had to pull it back to the question at one point.

I only went to university due to free tuition fees, so I obviously agree with that. I also like having free prescriptions. Would be good if the rest of the UK was the same. I like being part of the UK, but struggling to find a UK party to vote for.

JustCallMeDory · 02/04/2015 22:13

Would be so good if CJ popped up to comment.

sunnydayinmay · 02/04/2015 22:13

He's clearly enjoyed the hospitality!

Wolfcub · 02/04/2015 22:14

Can't believe paddy is still supporting Clegg, the.biggest trator to.lib history

weasle · 02/04/2015 22:14

It's a bit like X factor etc. difficult to separate personality and policy / talent in the case of X factor!

I think in terms of performance not policy

Leanne
Nicola
David
Nick
Natalie
Nigel
Ed

Which is not what I think of policies. I wish David Milliband had been there!

BoulevardOfBrokenSleep · 02/04/2015 22:15

Ah, cottonbuds, NF got the phrase 'other people are scared to say this but...' in enough times to placate his supporters.
Sadly, no-one came back with "other people don't say that because you just made it up " maybe next time Hmm

McFox · 02/04/2015 22:15

I'm totally appalled by John Pienaar's round up on BBC - he managed to completely avoid mentioning any of the female leaders. There's that old boys network showing it's colours again.

MrsPeabody · 02/04/2015 22:15

Therealmary, that's interesting you have no view on clegg. At the end of the summaries dh and I were convinced they had missed him out. Not memorable at all.

LuluJakey1 · 02/04/2015 22:15

Paddy Pantsdown is looking old on the news follow-up

TSSDNCOP · 02/04/2015 22:15

Josh doesn't do Spin, for that you need CJ, Sam, Toby and Ainslee on Capital Beat.

TheRealMaryMillington · 02/04/2015 22:16

YouGov Times poll - who won:
Sturgeon 28.1%
Farage 20.3%
Cameron 17.6%
Miliband 14.8%
Clegg 10.4%
Bennett 4.7%
Wood 4.2%
