Don't know if there's already a thread about it. It's at 8 on ITV. Will watch it but think it'll just be a lot of squabbling and point scoring tbh...

Fun to watch it with you lot tho! Smile

Farage is like the class clown

wideboy26 · 02/04/2015 21:11

Not hearing so often how Ed wants everything "for the British people". He said it a couple of times at the beginning but his altruism seems to have deserted him.

woundbobbin · 02/04/2015 21:12

LIZS would you not consider what we are watching a form of torture

sunnydayinmay · 02/04/2015 21:12

Just started to watch - Nige looks a bit grey. Is it the lights?

Wassat · 02/04/2015 21:12

Why are they laughing at farage? It just encourages him

The80sweregreat · 02/04/2015 21:12

Its going to be a l g 50 mins

Untrevive · 02/04/2015 21:12

Agree wollfcub

MillieMoodle · 02/04/2015 21:12

Ed wants to be honest with us at home. Thank goodness for that.

AliceDoesntLiveHereAnymore · 02/04/2015 21:12

Interesting how Cameron said "these are the things I would put in place if I were PM..." um... isn't he now???

TSSDNCOP · 02/04/2015 21:12

Sunny I reckon he's sobering up. Been an hour and a bit since the green room now.

glenthebattleostrich · 02/04/2015 21:13

Yep, green is an Aussie, she offended them not long ago saying nothing could force her to live there again.

We can't renegotiate any part of the EU treaty. Its a simple in / out. Its in black and white in the document.

Idontseeanydragons · 02/04/2015 21:13

Notice how they're now talking about themselves not their party? It's gone totally presidential.

GoldfishSpy · 02/04/2015 21:13

I thought that last answer on Europe was better from Ed.

handfulofcottonbuds · 02/04/2015 21:13

Alice - he is no longer PM. Parliament has been dissolved

TheRealMaryMillington · 02/04/2015 21:14

NB is Australian. It will lose them votes.

TSSDNCOP · 02/04/2015 21:14

Alice it's a realistic point though he can read opinion polls and there's no guarantee he'll be PM.

GoldfishSpy · 02/04/2015 21:14

3 sides to this coin?

JustCallMeDory · 02/04/2015 21:14

It's just pathetic that this is the only debate. I want MORE

stardusty5 · 02/04/2015 21:14

Three sides to this coin
Hmm

AliceDoesntLiveHereAnymore · 02/04/2015 21:14

I guess what I mean is... he's had what, 5 years to do this, and he hasn't, so it seems a bit ridiculous to say "oh I'd do this..." well, why didn't you then??

LineRunner · 02/04/2015 21:14

Boulevard, yes. He was never expelled though. And now he calls what he did 'one mistake' for which he has paid a high price! (In the Telegraph etc.)

Clegg said he would kick him out but he didn't. Hancock resigned in the end to stand for his pay off.

BoulevardOfBrokenSleep · 02/04/2015 21:14

Yup, no-ones allowed to be an MP or indeed PM.

PowderMum · 02/04/2015 21:15

Ed's answer sounded good, but you can't renegotiate in Europe

Another point to Nicola - diversity is our strength

TSSDNCOP · 02/04/2015 21:15

Glen she said that before she met Nigel.

Wolfcub · 02/04/2015 21:15

Ok I'm becoming scottish
