Well, I'm having a shit morning thus far. Mouselings are being difficult - babymouse especially, trying to pull things over, steal his brothers food, how the fuck do you keep them still when trying to change them? But the majority of my anger is for Mr Mouse. His alarm went off at 6am and instead of getting out of bed he spends half an hour cuddling me while I'm trying to sleep, so I'm awake at 6 too. Yes the cuddly wuddly kissy kissy bollocks is all very sweet but could you fuck the fuck off. Maybe you could put a load on or stick the dishwasher on before you go? I didn't actually get to sleep to after 2am because of babymouse and I let you sleep through it, you slack fuck.

And then he rings me whilst I'm trying to stop the boys from killing each other over toast to have the inanest conversation in the entire world. Did I know it's pi day? How do I feel about pie? What was that pie I bought that last time? His parents want to know what to make for lunch tomorrow. Did I realise I'm not a morning person? I fucking was one before you showed up and impregnated me, you silly tosser.

Adding to the shit sandwich, I've woken up with a giant lump/cyst on my eyelid.

Am still in Wales with little or no wifi. Last year we paid £100 for it and it was crap, this year it's free so you can imagine what that says about it.

My sympathies mouse, mornings are not my thing.

It is grey here, I will optimistically put some washing out, otherwise it will be a day of domestic stuff. DD needs to tidy her room which will require constant reminders, DS has his girlfriend over for the afternoon & dinner & I want an afternoon of decluttering - well ebay and freecycle listing at least.

There's a bit of PA tweeting going on today - in my timeline now is a US fan spouting about how it's great to be American & tonight's it TM at 9pm And this has been swiftly followed by one of TM fan accounts tweeting a pic with the caption OUR Musketeers

I'm not on twitter, so don't have to unfollow anyone, but I will now avoid just about everywhere except for here & JP's twitter just in case I see comments or pics from sites with US users

I did elbow Mr M (I have sharp elbows and pulled the duvet over my head). Wrt to the phone call, I spent most of it telling the DSes off and shouting at them to stop squabbling, at one point I had to physically separate them and got 'oh, is this a bad time?' as a response. No shit . They really are off on their own planet.

mouse I feel your pain. I ended up cutting theorning shopping trip short because of ds2 and his tantrums. Then decided to leave both at home with DrIssy, who has manflu (possibly I should be more sympathetic but he kept me awake most of the night) while I went out to finish the shopping. Got to take the horrors out to the Science and Engineering day at the uni this afternoon.

Btw, took biscuits to the lovely old lady and she said I could use her drive whenever her dd (who lives about 39 miles away) wasn't there! How do you go about befriending an older person? I'm thinking she might be a bit lonely?
