Morning all, kids tagged teamed it through the night, so I have had zero sleep. Now keeping mlleelk off school with golfball tonsils. I suspect we are all going back to bed, just as soon as baby elk realises she needs a nap. Failing that, Frozen and a duvet on the sofa.

Oh elk it's awful when they do that. I felt like death after baby and toddlermouse did it a few weeks ago. Nap whenever you can and enjoy your duvet day .

Mr Mouse is taking toddler for his semi annual haircut fuck he's braver than me. Granny cut most of it but we're hoping the hairdresser will neaten it up a little cut off the random tufts.

So I'm enjoying tea and tv with baby mouse.

the thing is, once I'm up, even if it's been a shit night, I get a second wind and start doing something stupid like re-pointing the gable end, and am only fit to collapse by teatime when the kids are ramping up the stroppiness.

Morning. Just got rid of inlaws and time for some coffee and wenching.

I'm another with about 3 hours sleep. DS had me up 4 times and DD twice. Normally when they are like this I give in and take them into the spare room to sleep in with me, but couldn't as PILs in there. I have no clue how you operate with this level of disruption every night Elk.

Didnt get to watch Poldark last night, so am going in now. After I have tucked into that smorgasbord....

Mostly i'm like this (O)-(O) at that GIF Fancy and occasionally pouring calpol into MlleElk as and when she does the dying swan. However a very lovely friend babysat whilst I did a trolley dash....bought bread, forgot the gallon bottle of calpol....and when I got home, she'd done my pots!

We all shared a room on holiday last month, which involved me swapping beds with DS several times. He's wake up and join me at about 3am, so once he was asleep I'd go to his bed... and then he'd wake and up join me in his bed, and once he was asleep... you get the idea

Now that is a good friend elk. When you say babyelk has figured out crawling forward, do you mean she was crawling backwards before? That is always hilarious to watch. Until the tenth time you have to retrieve a frustrated baby from under sofa.

Was it muffin who didn't like the Friesians? I find them utterly beautiful, but then I do like hairy animals
