Up half the night with the Dog as she alternated between standing in the garden eating grass (It was remarkably balmy in my garden at four o'clock this morning ) and throwing up. Then I was awoken by a cat trying to get out of a bedroom by systematically pulling up the carpet . A restful night was not had At. All.

So, Sparks - I thought of you on Friday with the Aramis Roar ('Sparks'll like that' I thought to myself)

Badders - hope there is on going good news with BIL.

Issy - well done to DrIssy - I have one of those in the form of twatbadger - how funny would it be if it were the same subject?? not at all, my online book club story could potentially be blown.

Agree about the lack of chemistry between Dog and Connie - she is so being set up for an untimely death. Shame really, she was ace in S1.

I'm enjoying a peaceful Sunday morning in bed with my tea, toast, MN & ScaredyCat snuggled up to me under the duvet.

sparks I too find myself very excited at slashy (NLT) fighting.

Quick tidy then off to local large open space. More tidying/getting ready for school and early night for the DC. Reading/Poldark/more reading for a presentation tomorrow .

Issy - to echo Mave it would be hilarious if DrIssy has been promoted in The Lecturer's department - can he get me into his office???

I somehow have to fit in Poldark AND rewatch tonight, as DS1 hasn't seen it.

Sigh.

Actually I should watch Poldark tomorrow after the presentation.

Someone asked where we can discuss. Free world innit but until TM is actually finished it feels a bit adulterous particularly when the boys have been treated so poorly in comparison. I think we will end up chatting a bit here - but lets not forget why we are all here.

And let's face it, I don't think one wench has declared they are not watching Poldark. But remember -

I'd feel a bit funny discussing Poldark here tonight as it's on during our traditional rewatch time & feel it wouldn't be fair to anyone rewatching TM to be interrupted with Poldark squeeing.

I haven't decided whether to watch Poldark at 9pm or not yet as it's rare for me not to be interrupted at that time of the evening - more annoying for a first watch of something.

I suspect my Poldark review will be:

I can't say I'm particularly excited about Poldark. This could possibly be cos ATM I'm a bit meh about him. Hopefully he'll grow on me I'll give it a go, anyway. I really should watch more than one TV programme a week.

I have been spring cleaning, Badders, you'd be proud

I am giving myself another two hours and then I'm taking the dog out.

I shall be watching Poldark, and probably commenting on here whilst I do. I don't comment live for TM so that's how I show it isn't that important.

Mavis, Badders would be proud of me (and also dh who has also worked SO hard) too: I've done all the ironing, 5 loads of washing and the house is spotless.
