I am toying with the idea of going for a walk run in the morning. Haven't run for about 5 years but did used to enjoy it (pb for a 10K was 50 mins so not too shabby). I'll see what crack of dawn feels like before I decide...

elk Blush I have no idea what that techical stuff means Im afraid, which tells you all you need to know about the level I achieved! Just liked messing around really. Did some climbing in Wales (obvs Grin ) and Derbyshire when I was a teen, thats it for the rock Im afraid. Theres a good indoor wall in my town apparently...I should get my arse there.

mave good luck with the run, cb wasnt as good as last weeks tbh. but there was a full analysis of eastenders, which was quite handy as I havent watched it in 15 years.

Morning all! it's FRIDAY - YAY!

I went for a run! Shock I didn't really feel like it first thing but thought, "I've told the wenches I'm going to - I better had". Feeling good now and have had a lovely healthy breakfast and remembered to take my EPO so I should be floating around on a nice serene cloud all day...
