Neath is not very nith. I have toured all over some interesting bits of Wales, my preception is generally rather skewed by the quality of the theatres and B&Bs in each town/city. For example, Milford Haven is a hole at the end of the world (sorry Welsh wenches), but has a very nice theatre, and a hilariously quirky hotel we always stay in.

Ive only driven past port talbot on the m4. thats as close as you want to get tbh.

There's a totes hilair story I was told when I had ds2 in hospitalnearerthan metowelshborder of a couple from Wales being brought to said hospital in an ambulance because she was in labour. Not far from the border they had to stop as they weren't going to make it, so the man asked if they could turn back a bit....
I don't know if they did or not tbh... I hope they did, that would be a great story wouldn't it?

no, that's not any different fancy. just ground almonds, but the finer the better. I am not as dedicated as some so do not search for the hole grail, just buy the bog standard ground almonds form wherever I can - WAitrose, lidl, morrisons. I'd be more careful with coconut flour because then the texture really matters but as I hate the taste of coconut in bakery < i just don't buy it.
Seriously coconut anywhere else than in a curry is rancid.
