well, it's ground almonds really, fancy but coz you bake with it, then it's called flour. had some success with it baking chocolate cakes but looking to branch out .

Is it different from 'normal' ground almonds then drink? I've used them in baking where they replace some of the flour, but have never replaced all of the flour, but the one's I've used have not been as fine as flour.
