With regards to undertakers fucking up, it does happen as we learnt when my Dad died. Nothing major - we can laugh about them (yes more than one) now.

Turned out the undertaker's wife walked out the week my Dad died. She did all the admin so he had to make it all up as he went along as well as dealing with a disintegrating marriage!
