I'm getting muddled between what's actually happened and what I've read is going to happen. Does the father of Fay's baby know about it? And do we already know it's the boy at the school last night or are we still in the dark?

Regarding boring episodes, it dawns on you that Sally and Tim, Eileen and Steve and possibly Liz keep the whole thing going with their repartee. When nothing's happening, this lot can still make the programme watchable. Who bloody cares about allotments, chickens, tiles, Sinead etc.

Who was it who predicted allotment wars a few weeks ago?

I had mentioned the allotments story (if it can be described as a story), and wait, it gets even more exciting, Simon and Zeedan get involved. Can't wait Hmm.

I enjoyed the exchange between Eileen and Michael last night, he said something about feeling down, and she said I don't blame you, as she gave a little meaningful wave towards Gail Grin.

I am surprised that the real Gavin's flat is so close to Coronation Street. I was under the impression that he lived and worked the other side of Manchester. I still don't get why he hasn't been in touch. Surely he could have got another phone in Thailand.

Totally agree, but yes it certainly seems as if Owen will end up back with her. Not sure why Andy so surprised at real Gav turning up, surely he knew he would come back eventually!

Very funny hen party. Owen said he was Faye's father, but he's only Anna's boyfriend. As far as I can recall Anna hasn't divorced Eddie so he is Faye's father.

I think they film about five weeks before we see it, so they wouldn't have seen any EE live episodes.

I don't think Anna was ever married to Eddie either. But I agree that Owen saying Faye is his , is weird as he came on the scene after the adoption.

I didn't see the first bit of tonight's episode but Gail's hen do was a bit sparse. Does Gail not have any friends apart from her mam? And why Maria? And where were Rita and Emily?

Loved the pub tonight. The Anna Karenina sketch, Eileen's woe-is-me rant, Gail blowing Callum's nice guy cover. His face was pure evil when he looked at Gail.

Eileen was hilarious last night, please keep her in the pub she's fab as the terrible barmaid.

Gail was funny too with her heart shaped photo and dropping Callum in it.

I really want David to go evil and get revenge on Callum.

I love Eileen as a barmaid, I really hope they keep her and she ends up as a Rovers institution. In 20 years time we'll all be saying "Remember when Eileen first started and she was useless?"

I enjoyed the scenes in the Rovers last night. Gail and Eileen were so funny. I loved Sally pretending she had read Anna Karenina Grin.
The pretend mugging story is silly, the sooner all of that story finishes off, the better.
