Everybody but Abi knows Ben is gay I don't think Lauren would care if it was ben. I am starting to think maybe cindy after thinking about it too much she maybe argued with cindy and she was whacked with the jewellery box

Chipstick10 · 18/02/2015 09:27

I don't think it will be Ian. Unless they are going to let his character get away with murder .

youarekiddingme · 18/02/2015 09:29

Cindy was certainly flashing the music jewellery box around again last night!

Bens been wearing his hearing aid - he didn't lose it 10 months ago.

From what I can work out is hour long episode reveals Lucys killer - which will be live bit then 30 minute episode is the flashback to the night.

The live show Friday reveals secrets about the families involved or bigger families on the square and that's why no ones lives are ever the same again!

Mrsjayy · 18/02/2015 09:42

I stopped watching it for ages before Lucys murder did she get on ok with cindy I know cindy was a bit bratty maybe Lucy called her names for being pregnant saying she had ruined her life goaded her about mum cindy blah blah and cindy flipped. Lets face Lucy was a right bitch when she wanted to be

AliceinWinterWonderland · 18/02/2015 09:49

Well, what family does Lucy care about? Mostly the Beales, right? I don't think she'd protect Cindy other than to protect the family themselves. I don't think she'd protect Ian either. So possibly Cindy or Peter? She certainly didn't want to talk to Peter, did she?

Asifbymagic · 18/02/2015 09:59

Full breakdown for week - 2 episodes on Friday, one is flashbacks

Huff linky

Asifbymagic · 18/02/2015 10:00

meant Thursday Doh!

NewMrsX · 18/02/2015 10:16

Mrsjayy Cindy irritated Lucy but Lucy was really supportive when she found out Cindy was pregnant. She gave her a lot of advice and told her not to make the same mistakes she'd made.

BeCool · 18/02/2015 10:16

I heard YOU very clearly.
And I thought straight away "no she bloody didn't".

Roxy had sex with someone once, so of course she will be PG with Charlies child! It is the law that Roxy must have babies with all of her sisters husbands.

I thought the mention of the hearing aid was so Ben didn't have to visibly be shown wearing a hearing aid anymore i.e. he has a new invisible one?

I loved the F&V cart for Ian, and other references to EE history in the episode.

Mrsjayy · 18/02/2015 10:21

Yeah I loved the stall and the music in the beales you spin me right round (which was out in 1985

Mrsjayy · 18/02/2015 10:22

Our mission for tonight amongst all the chaos is to spot 1985 references Grin

VashtaNerada · 18/02/2015 10:24

I assumed the hearing aids bit was just to let us know they couldn't be bothered to give the actor the prop anymore! Similarly, I think the bit about Ian's glasses was just because AW needs them for reading nowadays.

youarekiddingme · 18/02/2015 10:25

I wondered if the shot to the squashed banana and tomato were relevant?

Or maybe I'be gone to far and am literally searching the gutter for clues?!

BeCool · 18/02/2015 10:34

it was a lingering shot of the banana/tomato wasn't it?

Mrsjayy · 18/02/2015 10:42

The squashed fuit at the end was definitely symbolic about something.

SpanishFly · 18/02/2015 10:52

DH said the squashed banana and tomato represented Ian's manbits, as he was off to the knacker's yard to get married. Grin Angry

tobee · 18/02/2015 10:56

Is there any way it could still be Lauren ? And what we're seeing is her covering up herself? Thinking, I've got to hide this trail Emma left having thought she was in the clear? I don't think I think so but just wondering if it went through anyone else's mind.

Mrsjayy · 18/02/2015 11:08

It could be Lauren don't see why not she could be cover ing her tracks that could be the reason the reveal is in the flash back recorded episode and not the live episode

SymphonyofShadows · 18/02/2015 11:17

I know I said Jane but I am thinking more about Denise now. She came back from seeing wotsit in Oxford to finish with Ian. IIRC correctly she went into the bedroom and turned a photo on it's face, I think it was of Ian and Lucy.

DD, thought annoying, isn't mockney at all. He's from Canning Town so he is a genuine eastender.

PeteCampbellsRecedingHairline · 18/02/2015 11:19

Squashed fruit=Beale murderer.

SymphonyofShadows · 18/02/2015 11:27

*though annoying

SheHasAWildHeart · 18/02/2015 11:28

My vote goes to Jane too.
Here's a fun EE article on 'who killed Lucy' www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/tvandradioblog/2015/feb/17/who-killed-lucy-beale-eastenders-main-suspects-under-spotlight

SheHasAWildHeart · 18/02/2015 11:33

Does anyone remember the whole who killed Archie storyline? Am sure that was live and the suspects didn't know who did it until ten mins before the show? Once we knew it was Stacey it was such a sense of relief!

On a random point, didn't Stacey have bi-polar for a while? Then if I remember correctly he raped her so she killed him. Then she ran away abroad, and has shown no signs of being bi-polar since she returned. I wonder how many people on EE currently have murdered people, assisted in murder or helped someone to die? Stacey, Ben, Lauren, Phil, Dot!

SheHasAWildHeart · 18/02/2015 11:33

I loved it yesterday when Martin had to tell Stacey who he was cos he had a new head and she looked creeped out!

misstiredbuthappy · 18/02/2015 11:34

My facebook feed is full of people saying "I knew it was Abi" im thinking it will all change tonight.

Has anybody changed there mind as to who they think it is ?
