Taking my friend grocery shopping tomorrow as she is post op ATM and can't walk far.

I must tell you of something spoooooooky that happened to me last night, actually. Freaked me OUT. So I've been reading this Swedish book, think it's called The Ice Princess. Just had the most frustrating conversation with the council...
The school crossing guard left last July and hasn't been replaced. Cuts etc.
Anyway, this morning at the very busy main road some year 6 boys were playing chicken.
But then the lights turned to red, green man came on and 2 lorrys and 2 cars went through the red light
If they had hit a child they would have been killed.
So...have phoned the school and spoken to head of year 6
And spoken to the LA and they are going to send someone out to monitor the lights.
Ffs.
