Ouch ouch ouch. I hurt wenches. Played netball tonight for the first time since before Christmas and first couple of quarters was fine. Then we all swapsied positions and I ended up marking a 14 year old FFS. Half my game technique is looming and BRFing at people and you can't do that to someone who is a third your age. I am properly knackered.

Off to stand in the shower and feel sorry for myself. Then am looking forward to pornfest in the snug.
