Couldn't see a new Eastenders thread, so I thought I'd start one. Apologies if this is a duplication.

Great to hear Christian could be coming back.

what was the weird light on Lauren shoe in the 'filling the vase' scene?

Mrsjayy · 05/02/2015 20:21

I think its the beales phone number. AGAIN dean is on bail he can't just swan off and stan is really annoying me to.

Mrsjayy · 05/02/2015 20:26

It was a landline number. Wouldn't abi's be the same as Lauren's?

It looked like a business line as there was a phone number and numbers underneath which could be an extension.

But no one works outside of the square so that can't be right!

Mrsjayy · 05/02/2015 20:48

Maybe the car lot if it has extension numbers (straws clutched) or the office the girls worked from but nobody works there anymore

Mrsjayy · 05/02/2015 20:49

Ians restaurant or the albert

okeydonkey · 05/02/2015 21:02

Maybe we should phone it and see who answers Wink

bookwormbeagle · 05/02/2015 21:02

I think it's the restaurant - she would know that as she's worked there.

PeteCampbellsRecedingHairline · 05/02/2015 21:07

Danny Dyer's acting was terrible tonight.

Mrsjayy · 05/02/2015 21:13

Just awful eh he is either bad acting cheeky chappie cockney or bad acting gangster cockney

Fakebook · 05/02/2015 21:17

Oooh just watched it! So whoever she called was at home/work at the time. ..Cindy was at home. Where were Abi and Whitney? I might have to watch that episode again. Can't be Lee, he was in the pub. Can't be anyone who was in the pub with Emma, were the Beale's still all there when she made the call?

Re: spoilers, calm down Soup, I haven't posted anything and nor will I, which is kind of why I said I'd only post if people wanted me to. Hmm.

LemonBreeland · 05/02/2015 21:44

Why are we havin spoiler arguments again. When this started we always had spoilers, it is part of what we do on here.

I've just caught up on tues and tonight. Shab was absolutely Phoebe running! Grin

Tonight's episode was crap, I agree about the Stan thing. He could just take them himself. And DD was unbelievable, it doesn't seem real that Mick would have a conversation with Dean. The character he is supposed to be is hard nut pub landlord. He would have beaten the crap out of him!

VashtaNerada · 05/02/2015 21:46

It's definitely not Walthamstow! Completely different. Plus it's on the district line. And Walthamstow's NE London not East surely. Been pondering this for 30 years

LemonBreeland · 05/02/2015 21:46

Also we have to expect that the flashback episode are somehow going to be bringing up Ians need for glasses. Maybe he saw Lola thinking it was Lucy or something.

I agree that DD wasn't good tonight. Matt DiAngelo is easily the better actor.
But in terms of the writing I agree it seems odd that Mick let Dean go so easily.

Just two weeks to go now!

badRoly · 05/02/2015 21:59

It's not on tomorrow Shock no more until Monday Angry

Was it definitely the number Emma rang?

okeydonkey · 05/02/2015 22:02

It might not be as didn't she try text them too and that's not text number

Dinosaursdontgrowontrees · 05/02/2015 22:09

The name Walford is made from combining Walthemstow and Stratford but I think geographically it's suppose to be in Bow as if you look at eastenders tube map 'walford east station' replaces Bromley by Bow on the district line.

I know LemonBreeland! I remember sharing loads of spoilers on the earlier threads. I won't do it if it upsets people though. Or we can start leaving those massive gaps again with a spoiler alert heading.

Hated Shabz' acting again tonight. Very very rigid. Almost robotic. She needs her joints oiling

SoupDragon · 05/02/2015 22:36

spoilers, calm down Soup, I haven't posted anything and nor will I, which is kind of why I said I'd only post if people wanted me to.

Er... I don't need to calm down Confused I didn't even say people could or couldn't but if they were going to, I'd hide the thread. Not entirely sure what the problem is with that. [shrug]

RedCrayons · 05/02/2015 22:41

Emma sent a text to someone saying 'I can't keep the secret' and that's a landline number so it might not be the killer.
I'm a bit stuck on it being a number Lauren would know straight away. The beales? Didn't she work at the restaurant for a while? Although why would she assume its the killer's number?

Ive read all the spoilers for next week, but I'm going to avoid the ones for the live week. Although EE are keeping it such a closely guarded secret that I don't think there will be any then.

I'm still going with Jane in a Bobby cover up plot. With Whitney as my back up. Or Ian. And maybe Peter. And Denise has got a dark side.

If its not one of the main characters, I'm never watching again lies

MagpieCursedTea · 05/02/2015 22:56

Argh the Stan storyline is really annoying me Angry
A lot of the stories at the moment feel a bit... Forced? Maybe it's because I'm constantly trying to link everything to live week and the big reveal. It's all just a bit off to me.
