"It's still murder though" could refer to Bobby having done Lucy in. Jane moved the body in her car and hid the phone and wallet to protect him. Could the 5 mins refer to someone leaving a kid alone ? Did Bobby overhear Ian saying how Lucy was his best kid struggles to find motive

Where was Bobby on the night she died ? Home alone whilst his dad was shagging Rainie? He also ran away and slept on the common which was pretty disturbed.

Diesel I said on the last thread I thought it's Bobby - maybe a revenge prank gone wrong after overhearing Ian. I stand by that. I'm firmly of the opinion that Bobby did something that aggravated her previous Max-injury, called Jane in a panic & she moved the body.

They said at the start that even the person responsible didn't know what really happened to her. To me that suggests that Max was responsible but wasn't there when she died & didn't dump her body. It would fit for Bobby to have tried to scare her, she collapsed because she was already dying but Bobby thought he'd made her faint & she'd died as a result of hitting her head then.

"It wasn't there" referred to Jane's car when she was supposed to have seen Lauren. Jane only said that so Lauren didn't have to suffer the police suspicion when Jane knew she didn't do it.

I'm undecided about whether Ben stole her bag earlier in the evening, Lucy tried to give him money & he took her purse/phone or if Ben & Jay came across Jane dumping her body & agreed to help protect Bobby. I'm leaning towards Lucy trying to help. [sherlock]

I keep thinking its Jane too. However, not sure I can thing of a reason for Abbi to be there if she doesn't have a strong storyline coming up. She must be one of the most boring characters.

I reckon either Jane or Abbie killed Lucy, although both of them have had personality transplants recently
Jane couldn't stand Ian until very recently, and now she wants to marry him, I find that hard to believe, unless she had something to do with the murder. It's just so unlike her. But I'm struggling to come up with a motive for her.
Abbie has been showing a much colder side of her since the murder as well. I can certainly see how finding out about Max's affair with Lucy could make her see red at being second best yet again. Although, I think they are making it a bit too obvious for it to be her.
