The difference in writing is amazing the research and dedication gone into some of the ff (ladies I cannot praise you enough) is outstanding.

Tomorrows jobs for me are to put all the episodes on my tablet and do numerous screen grabs so I can update my album. And set up our wrestling vote/rounds. So if I can have all competitors for 10am then I can rig set it up unbiased

Also gonna watch ep 4 again. And try some whattaman style videos.

I have tried on the ipad occasionally but it keeps dropping out. There were some stunning pics of CJ on there tho.

I agree with cherin that once our kids reach a certain age, anything we do will be an embarrassment to them! So you may as well enjoy yourself, because they will be mortified regardless of what you do!

Sounds totally yum cherin. Hope the scones were raisin free (pet hate of mine). I love chai tea but have never made my own. Might try it now though. You didn't get chance to go to the RA? There's a good exhibition of the renaissance artist Giovanni Batista Moroni that's coming to an end.

Didn't have the time, well we just chatted and chatted to catch up after 20 years!! (I managed to but myself some new running gear, though, before I got there...)
I am more of a Royal Institute sort of type, would have loved it if it was a friday and could couple the tea with a conference of some sort and see if any of the clogs in my brain still work....(hardly think so, anyway, it's another lovely place).

Btw, as you seem to have kids of the right age...please encourage then to watch some of the resources available online at the royal institute! The Christmas lectures are always, Always, awe-inspiring and there's loads of other stuff too. For all of these GCSEs, and in particular for any girl that struggles with feeling comfortable in the "science zone", there is plenty of material that is not only useful, but more importantly presented in a very engaging way. You guys are soooo lucky having such a wealth of free resources available (and presented in a way that's neither boring or condescending...), make the most of it!!!

onefor I noticed that for the first time last week. He is locking and loading the pistol that Molly then uses to shoot Badrai. If he hadn't then she wouldn't have been able to shoot him so quickly. Protecting her unknowingly! Definite subliminal message!

Onlygirljen I am having a confidence crisis. I think I peaked at chapter 4. ch 5 was a bit of a rush job just to get something out.

Most of what I have done has been done before so if I can't come up with a new idea, I may knock it on the head and just enjoy reading it

Oh please don't - I think you are making a great job of it. It's easy to lose confidence in what you are doing (I've had similar wobbles on more than one occasion) but please be assured that the rest of us are definitely enjoying it

Of course richtea I'm not forgetting your artistic talents, so if you wanted to do a companion piece to cherin's..?

orphan I was helping DS today with a poster for drama HW. A poster for a movie, which he chose James Bond. I had an urge to recreate "us" laying on the floor holding pistols!!

DH has said he's getting fed up with me being on FF. He hasn't quite worked out that there is a correlation between reading bedtime smut and the fact we have had more sex in the last couple of months than we have had in years!
On that note, I really am going to bed now.

oneforthegirls, maybe you should casually print some of that ff and let him read it...with a little diagram to explain the correlation...
(Or you can buy him a milo Manara book and tell him you found out about it over here...he'll stop complaining, me think)

Just had another thought to add to the wrestling match, if not too late. Alexander Skarsgard, from True Blood. He is very tall and gorg body, and in True Blood quite often naked :)

A resounding yes to Alexander! (Esp in predatory vampire mode).Used to watch True Blood then ended up with too many episodes recorded but not watched and kind of gave up. He'd be quite comfortable naked. I read an interview with him and he had the usual Swedish nonchalance about nudity.
