The opening scene was she in Russia and there were some older boys in a playground and they were staring at a man who was overlooking them.

We didn't see the man's face. The camera then moved to a frosted window with a child's finger drawing of Tony's face.

I think PeppermintPasty might have a good point, maybe he's still alive and that will be series 2.
