Doctors - and there is still hope of Hestembe!

Hello all SDTPs! (Sad Doctors Thread Participators - go on, join in lovely lurkers!)

Thank heavens Heston stayed! Mrs Tembe will be wearing her "come hither" wig next week, no doubt!

I think I hate AwfulNurse more than I hate 6tl Shock

So, my hopes for the duration of the thread:

  • Lots of TBFE shower scenes
  • Hestembe love
  • 6tl to fall off a very high cliff
  • AwfulNurse to follow her
  • George & Ronnie to return from China
  • The rightful owner of Gobby's house to turn up

So settle down with a nice cup of Red Bush and leave your critical faculties at the door. We're going in!

We've ordered a takeaway, will have a couple of drinks and watch TV, but DH will go to sleep way before midnight. I'm just hoping there aren't loads of noisy fireworks this year as they woke up \dd last year.

I'm not sure we're allowed to play after last year, told. I think it involves starting a lot of obviously implausible threads in AIBU and attempting to collect traditional AIBU responses e.g. you sound entitled, you should think yourself lucky this is all you have to worry about etc. It's what got the site shut down last NYE. Admittedly it was the best fun there's been on MN for years although there's so much rubbish in AIBU at the moment it'd be difficult to tell which threads were which.

I can't believe how much I have grown to love Jack and Immie now that they aren't permanent fixtures. I hope they pop back often.

I went to bed early last night, and woke up feeling like I had a black eye. Looks like the cough/cold/sinus thing everyone else has had has finally caught me up.

And i refuse to let Barry hitch up to Val.

I like Vazza though- brings back memories of Jizz Grin

I tell you what Cinnamon - you're not missing anything regards Corrie. There is only one character I care about (Steve McDonald & perhaps Roy)and the other storylines are dull (imo).
So I shall stop (or try!) I don't watch EE nor Emmerdale.
