Judges were shocked at the bottom two tonight too! Next week, has to be Scott. Please god. Then Judy, then alison.

I think Judy has improved and would rather see one of the women who danced like pros from week 1 like Pixie go. Both the blokes looked a bit wooden in the dance off so I wouldn't have thought either would have made the final. I've no idea who either of them are, Judy Murray at least I'd heard of before strictly.
If they want to see the bottom 2 in the dance off they should stop the public voting, otherwise the judges should just accept it's a variety show not a talent contest and stop making snide remarks about who's in the dance off.

"Boy" George was awful. Why can't the BBC get some up and coming bands to sing, there are lots of good Indie bands around. The dance had obviously been rehearsed to the old pop song not the old crooners version. It was too fast.

I shocked myself but Scott made me laugh till my tummy ached last night and I must admit I enjoyed his performance .

I laughed even more at the cowboy dancer who fell head first over bales of hay with his legs in the air as he left.

Can we bin Alison now please?
Her foot work is shocking, and if she wasn't fat I think she'd be panned by the judges. Her personality annoys me, she is far too over the top that is necessary.

Agree, can the BBC choose some fat people for strictly who don't fit the "fat and jolly" stereotype.
"Having a personality" too often means having an OTT extrovert personality.

I was surprised Alison didn't make more effort with her footwork after all the comments she got about it last week. Doing ballroom would have been a good chance to show the judges she could do it.

It's a casting vote because he gets to decide who stays. Either the vote ends 3:1 or 2:2 and in both cases it is the couple who Len votes for that would go through.

Oh noooo, I'm really gutted Thom is out, I loved watching/appreciating him and crazy Iveta is my favourite pro. How on earth can Scott be still there, he's just a dancing cringefest. His partner gives me the creeps too, something childlike about her voice and demeanour. Judy ok I think was slightly better, but still those two should be in a dance off. Simon was very upset. I don't get the 2 to 1 judges voting, that's a majority?

Alison's footwork is just non-existent - her dancing has much less content than the other pros. Hey ho.

Voting - there's an even number of judges, so you could have a tie 2-2.

However, Len's vote counts double as a tie break.

So whoever Len votes for is safe, as long as they have at least one other vote. Len can only be outvoted if all 3 others disagree with him.

Watching the repeat of Caroline's Paso I was surprised to see her neck disappeared when in hold most of the time and the strong movements/body shaping was lacking. I expected more from her so found her disappointing this time.

Simon had the viennese Waltz which is known for not being a viewer favourite with the male celebs - bit boring. His Charleston much more exciting for viewers.

Agree about Alison but her vivacious performance is still far superior to poor Scotts and better than Judy's. Footwork does not exist though. She puts a lot of effort into her movements..

Pixie was by far the best imo.

Pixie's ok, but she comes across very 'fluttery', which puts me off a bit - she's probably a hard headed business woman in reality!

Agree with you Apple about strange child-likeness (is that right?) of Joanne. Not mad on her and cannot BEAR Scott. Very sorry Thom left, he was really improving. Stupid public vote.

Agree with Apple and MintyChops re. Joanna - just can't warm to her at all and don't know whether she's doing Scott (who has about my level of dancing talent ) any favours.

Boy George's voice is gone, I don't even know why he is still attempting to sing.
Sorry Thom had to leave, I wanted it to be Alison, she is rubbish without even any entertainment value like Judy or Scott.

By chance "Do you really want to hurt me" came up on shuffle on my phone today, the contrast with Boy George's voice yesterday and that was quite sad.

I wanted Alison to go too, she just doesn't do anything for me and all her dances seem the same. I thought Thom was the most improved dancer this week.
