Haven't watched in ages but loved Nicola and Jimmy tonight. Nice to see a story where the couple are delighted to be having a baby - in general in soaps it's always a surprise or a shock or a bad thing!

New Robert is very dastardly but I think he's playing it well. Surely there will be a big wedding reveal about him and Aaron. Will it be his or Andy's though? Or will both weddings go swimmingly? Grin

Oh no, I can't stand that actress who is playing Finns mum, last time I saw her she was drowning in casualty, why did she leave the family in the first place

I don't like Chrissie either, they always have awful actresses playing lady of the manor, and what on earth does she see in Robert

Gilliam Kearney who plays Emma never ages! First saw her in Brookside as teenage Debbie back in the 80's. She looks the same now! ??

I missed that, but I'm always entertained by the way people barge into the food preparation area/ kitchen, in the Woolie anyway, when they want to discuss everything and anything from family problems to Marlon's sex life Grin.

I was thinking that too about the kitchen, violating every health and safety issue going.

Are they building up to a storyline with Laurel having a drinking problem, there seems to be a lot references to wine and whether to have any or not.

I know I said it already but what on earth is Aaron doing, Robert is disgusting, what does he see in him.

I'm very worried about Cain, I hope he will be ok Sad

And finally, is Charity pregnant in real life, lots of baggy cardigans and big handbags around her.

I agree re Aaron, there is something so vulnerable about him, and I hate Robert.

Yes, I never even copped re Charity, until someone else commented. Then I noticed that, for example, when they were at the hospital, she didn't stand up when Moira and Debbie did, when the doctor first came to talk to them. I presume, to conceal her bump.
I'm guessing she will be going to jail, (in order to go on maternity leave). I hope she comes back, she is so brilliant character.

Poor Cain. If anything happens to him, I will have to stop watching. I love him!

Me too Jill, he is the only one worth watching, and him and Moira are great together, Charity needs to rein in the tears though.

70isalimit, do you think he will leave Chrissie for Aaron, I wonder is it going to be that he has known he was gay along and couldn't tell anyone and that's why he has been such a pig all his life, although he does really hate Andy doesn't he, has resented him ever since Jack and Sarah fostered him, I remember all that happening, I'm officially old Sad

I was thinking that too Jill, how old is Pete supposed to be, she said he was 12 when she left (wonder how he got her to do that) Finn doesn't remember her at all so he must have been tiny, he's been to university so lets say that makes him 20 maybe, so Pete could be 32, no doesn't add up, he's a horrible character anyway, I don't like him

Did anyone else notice Ross little smile to himself when the mother was talking to Finn about looking in the pubs for him, he was happy for him.

Yes, I like Ross too. Things are never dull when he is around! I think Finn is one of the very few people that Ross really cares about, now that Donna is gone. It's nice seeing that slightly vulnerable side to his character.

I read somewhere that Pete is 30, in reality and Emma is 42... Grin.
I was half watching last night when Pete first saw her, in the pub, I thought he didn't recognise her. Surely he would though, if he was old enough to know so much about why she went.
I wonder will she slap Moira's face next...although maybe she will go easy on her because of Cain being ill.

I hope the storyline with Belle soon finishes. I think she is brilliant, and has carried off some brilliant storylines but I truly hate this particular story.
