The previous one ended where they made the announcement about the little boy Harry ( who played Leo)

So, a new one.

The Wedding (Dan and Kerry)
The desperate attempts of Pria to get married off
The bloke Who tried to kill Finn (who was he) and why is Finn in anguish ?

The female vicar Harriet who is harbouring a huge crush on Ashley
Sam and Tracy

It's limping along.

So Emma tried to kill Ross when he was a kid, and Pete saw it happening, no wonder he can't stand the sight of her, just wait till Ross finds out, he will go bananas altogether.

I'm so glad Cain is going to be ok, I will go visit him and bring him grapes from all of us Grin

Poor Belle, I'm glad that's over though, but why is Lisa delaying getting a doctor, she really doesn't want to think that Belle is mentally ill, probably because of what happened to Zach

I love Jimmy, I think him and Nicola are really good together, I hope they have a baby soon.

Jill2015 · 16/01/2015 18:49

Grapes, eh Grin.
Yes, if anything had happened to Cain, I would have had to stop watching Grin.

I missed what Pete told James last night, about the mother leaving. I gather that Pete witnessed her attempting to suffocate Ross. Did Pete tell her to stay away? He said something (I think) about the fact that she never returned being down to him?

I didn't like the Belle story, but I think Eden Taylor-Draper is an amazing actress. I was on the edge of my seat last night when she was inside the car revving the engine and screaming at 'Gemma'. It was a brilliant scene, and when Zak told her to focus on them, and gave her the headphones, I thought it was really really good writing, and acting.

Jojoanna · 17/01/2015 12:01

I'm no doctor but cain seems to have made a very quick recovery .

Jill2015 · 17/01/2015 13:15

I had the very same thought about Cain.
He was at death's door at the start of the week. By yesterday he was, not alone back home, but able to get back to his usual role in the family, telling Charity not to worry, and telling Sam not to say the wrong thing in court.

Jojoanna · 17/01/2015 13:22

He didn't appear to have any marks on his head/hair to show he had an operation. It just seemed a rushed storyline

Ellenora5 · 17/01/2015 14:51

I think the operation was done through his groin Jojoanna, he said something to Sam about it, I'm always amazed how in soaps everyone discharges themselves from hospital with no after affects.

Jojoanna · 17/01/2015 14:59

Oh thanks for clearing that up. Yes it amazes me too,,,,

Jill2015 · 17/01/2015 18:25

T'was the grapes Ellenora Grin

Ellenora5 · 18/01/2015 01:15

Not just the grapes Jill :) :) nudge nudge wink wink :)

Jill2015 · 18/01/2015 09:11

Grin Wink Wink

Hope Moira and Charity don't find out Grin!

Jill2015 · 20/01/2015 00:30

When Charity asked Cain for a hug tonight and he obliged, I melted...
Ok I just love Cain!

Jill2015 · 23/01/2015 13:30

Anyone else watching these days? Brilliant twist last night.

Ellenora5 · 23/01/2015 14:53

It was great Jill, I certainly wasn't expecting Rachel to turn up with Archie, great twist in the plot, wonder who the little chap is that Jai and Megan have so, poor little thing, Jai went right off him when he realised he wasn't his.

I remember thinking at the time that Jai should really have a dna test to make sure he was his but then again it is soapland Smile

I hope Cain doesn't get back with Charity when she comes back into it, I love him and Moira together.

I wonder if Rachel is back for good and if she is how will Tracy react to that, I can't make her out at all by the way, not sure whether I like her or not.

Jojoanna · 23/01/2015 16:48

I thought it was excellent! Did not see that twist coming

Jill2015 · 23/01/2015 16:53

Wasn't it just brilliant!
First of all, having her in court to testify against Charity, and then the real Archie.
I definitely didn't see that coming. Like you, Ellenora, I think I did vaguely wonder at one stage, how did Jai know whether it was Archie or not. It's hard to feel sympathy for Jai, even though he was conned. I find him so unlikeable, whereas someone like Declan -who was an absolute crook- I still found myself feeling sorry for him at times. He had a vulnerable side, despite being a villain. I was sorry to see him leave.
I bet Megan is getting attached to the little fellow. I wonder where they will go next with this story.

Well done to Emmerdale on keeping that under wraps. We had guessed Charity had to go to jail, due to her real life pregnancy, but the twists this week were just great!

Jill2015 · 23/01/2015 16:56

I'm the same re Tracy. I don't know what to think. She led poor old Sam up the garden path, but if she stays around Val and Eric, who won't let her away with anything, maybe she will be a better character.
I thought Rachel was gone for good. I'm not sure how long she is back for, but top marks to Emmerdale on that story!

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 23/01/2015 18:57

DH said eons ago about Archie (he doesn't write scripts Grin )

Jimmy needs to get a DNA test done on Elliot and Carl too,

I find my eyes glaze when Robert and Katie are onscreen. Can't summon interest in them at all. As a result, I only take in bits of what is going on.
I think Chrissie found something suspicious last night. I like her, I think she is a good addition to the cast.

ilovechristmas1 · 24/01/2015 21:54

i cant stand Chrissie, spoilt brat living of her dad

agree about Katie and Andy though

??? what happened to Declan in the end,i must have missed it,last i remember he was on the run

CharityD · 30/01/2015 07:27

Thought there might have been a twist last night in the hotel with Robert finally getting caught by Chrissie, damn it! On the other hand, the Katie stuff is getting a bit tiresome.

I feel sorry for Aaron, he seems very vulnerable. And whoever thought Sam would have two women fighting over him. Smile

Ellenora5 · 05/02/2015 14:42

Poor Aaron, he doesn't know which way to turn, think it will all kick off tonight.

I really wish Andy was killed off, his permanent sulk and scowly face get on my nerves, can't stand Katie either.

Emma seems to be very cunning, wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her.

Thought the scenes with Georgia and the house were funny Grin she's not to be put off though.

CharityD · 05/02/2015 14:57

Yes, I believe Katie is coming close to her demise, and even though we know she is right about Robert, it's just not possible to feel sorry for her. I'm guessing Aaron will trap Robert, in order that Katie will see them together, and then it remains to be seen whether or not she will get the chance to reveal the truth. It's dragged so long now, I've not much interest when I see them appearing on screen.

I think that youngone (can't think of her name) is priceless, coming in doing her dance for Rodney and Georgia, in order to help putting them off the house. There are a lot of good child actors, in Emmerdale. She and April are probably my favourites.

Agree re Emma, I reckon she is the new Cameron. I like the fact that she looks so sweet and wholesome, but is really devious. I don't want her to hurt her sons though, especially Finn, who is such a sweetheart.

CharityD · 05/02/2015 14:59

Amelia Grin.
I love the fact that she is such a buddy of Kerry's also!

ilovechristmas1 · 05/02/2015 16:14

someone said it might kick of tonight,i blardy hope so

CharityD · 05/02/2015 19:47

Aww, I felt sorry for Aaron. I think he had real feelings for Robert.

Glad he did set Robert up, but I reckon Katie's goose is cooked now!
