The previous one ended where they made the announcement about the little boy Harry ( who played Leo)

So, a new one.

The Wedding (Dan and Kerry)
The desperate attempts of Pria to get married off
The bloke Who tried to kill Finn (who was he) and why is Finn in anguish ?

The female vicar Harriet who is harbouring a huge crush on Ashley
Sam and Tracy

It's limping along.

No problem Smile.

I'm not up-to-date on the Robert / Andy story. That latest Robert gives me the creeps.

Ellenora5 · 17/11/2014 19:44

Oh I can't stand the new Robert, terrible actor and his wife to be isn't much better, I wish Declan had stayed, he was great.

Already completely fed up with the Archie storyline, I can't stand Ali and the way she carries on, and as for Sam, I wish they would get rid of him altogether.

Jill2015 · 17/11/2014 20:24

Yes, I was sorry that Declan left, and he played the villain to the bitter end Grin. Can't stand Ali and can't stand Jai either, and don't know why they went to the bother of bringing Archie back.
Seems a bit pointless.

Rissolesfortea · 18/11/2014 10:20

I know that sadly the little boy who played Leo has died but why has there been no mention of him since? It seems as if he has just disappeared and never existed.

qazxc · 19/11/2014 21:59

There was mention of Leo at the wedding, he was going on the honeymoon with Laurel, Marlon, April and Arthur. Not much since then.

I must have missed an episode, what's with all the talk about Sarah moving in with Andy?
I know she got all excited about her dad moving on a farm but surely that wouldn't be reason enough for her to move? After all he has frequent access/visitation.
Also if I was Debbie I would be concerned at the fact that his relationship with Katie is rather new (even though he was married to her years back), he's had to go back to councelling about his anger not long ago, and the bloke that is leasing the farm is only doing it to stick it to Robert/stop Andy blabbing therefore might change his mind or jack up the rent.
I mean the kid never seems that excited about going to see grandad Cain on the farm or hand around Zac's pigs and pony? Is it not likely to just a fad?

Jill2015 · 20/11/2014 11:55

I've missed episodes too, I agree the idea of Sarah moving in with Andy did seem to jump forward very quickly...even by soap standards.
Why is Debbie suddenly sporting a Heidi hairstyle Grin, that's all I can think of when I see her.
Pete has the same expression for every happening in his life. He looks as if he is chewing a wasp and sucking a lemon, at the same time, whether he is sad, happy or troubled.
The car stealing stuff is a bit daft, they seemed to take Robert's car, and hide it in the garage, where he was able to walk in easily and find them.

qazxc · 21/11/2014 09:11

Ah yes Andy. Clearly the way to gain residency is to go other and shout the odds with the mother of your child, with them in the same room. Starting the tirade with having a go at how she lets them play a computer game whilst she works at the kitchen table. Hmm

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 21/11/2014 12:09

Lawrence could've said his previous heart attack (the fake one) was actually a severe angina attack/ indigestion/ panic attack. His daughter isn't a Dr is she, how would she know?

And, Lawrence, I could've told you that NO-ONE is ever happy living in Home Farm. It's cursed , I tell you. Cursed!

So true! Jimmy King is the only one I can think of who emerged in the whole of his health, from living there. Well, I guess he did lose all his family, so, not unscathed. The Tates are mostly dead, I think. Frank and Chris are, anyway. And was there a child, belonging to Chris, who got killed in a bus crash, Joseph?

Kim was last seen departing in a helicopter...she is due to land in Coronation Street any day now.

Declan Macey is gone on the run, and Megan suffered badly while living there, including being almost burnt to death. Robbie is dead. Charity hadn't much luck there either...

Lawrence, get out now Grin.

What happened to Belle Dingle? How did she get all roughed up? I missed it Sad

bendyruler · 27/11/2014 21:17

I've just watched catch up Poor LAurel why is Marlon being so useless I hope they don't split up and Belle being beaten up I reckon she did it to herself with that ' tin in a bag' she was carrying that she also hit Lochlan with. I think she's hoping that will get her out of going to school. She's a great actress

Pastamancer · 28/11/2014 13:57

Woohoo! Just heard that Katie is leaving :o

2minsofyourtime · 28/11/2014 18:53

Whoop whoop! I can't stand Katie! She's just so smug and self righteous

qazxc · 28/11/2014 21:59

Home farm does have a very high death and disaster rate.
Rodney appears unscathed though (well he lost his money).
Can't remember what happened to the hairdresser lottery winner that was in it for a while.
Kings didn't do great (only Jimmy remains).
Tates are all dead or on the run.
Then the family with bigamist ended in murder too (his by wife 2).
Has it also not burnt down twice? Didn't some bloke called Dave that was married to Kathy and shagging Kim die?
Do people not google it before moving in?

qazxc · 28/11/2014 22:04

I also reckon that Belle has done it to herself. I reckon it's a prelude to some mental health story line. Like when Zoe was playing music loud all the time to drown out the voices (and randomly shagging scott windsor). Belle always has the earphones in, has dyed her hair (in soapland the hair never lies, remember Dom and his ruler like hair?), is turning up scratched without explainations, is contemplating taking handfuls of pills. I reckon that the reason they can't catch the "vandal" is because she is the one doing it too.

Pastamancer · 01/12/2014 19:07

Surely it's a bit soon for Donna's headstone?

qazxc · 02/12/2014 17:33

I thought that, do you not have to wait a year for the ground to settle?

ohdearitshappeningtome · 05/12/2014 19:15

What's the situation with jai/Rachel/Archie ? I missed last nights

qazxc · 05/12/2014 21:26

Jai arrived a couple of weeks back with Archie. Said that Rachel had grown addicted to drugs and had given Archie to him so that she could go to rehab/get herself sorted.
He was obviously lying though and was googling stuff like "dead woman body found in yorkshire".
Allie doesn't believe him. She doesn't think that Rachel would ever do drugs, and certainly not just hand Archie over without leaving any contact details. She called the police who came and took a statement but that's about it.
Turns out now that he never saw Rachel and just paid some bloke 40 grand for Archie. (well that's what he telling Megan anyway).

ohdearitshappeningtome · 05/12/2014 22:04

Thanks!

I reckon Rachel will turn up now

TurtledoveTamer · 08/12/2014 19:35

What the hell is Robert playing at?

Ellenora5 · 08/12/2014 20:50

For goodness sake has Aaron no sense, that Robert is just awful, he is a creep.

Why is Harriet surprised she has been asked to step down, she shouldn't have gone ahead with the wedding or tried to get info on Rachel, and surely being an ex copper she would have known there would be cctv in the building

Thrilled Katie is going, although it will lead to more moody Andy, yuk, I hope she takes drippy 1 and drippy 2 with her

I agree that it is Belle that is harming herself, she's pretty messed up at the moment and it could lead to a good storyline that will follow on from Zachs mental health issues

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 09/12/2014 19:51

the pony is going to be butchered by Belle I reckon, 'the voices' will make her Sad

aww Hamish

I'm just keeping up mostly by reading here, and bits and pieces on Digital Spy.
I think Belle is a very good character, but I just don't like her. I think I stopped watching at one stage some years ago, when there was a big focus on her.
I cannot abide that latest version of Robert, he is a bit creepy or something. Too many mind games going on, for my liking.

GingleFox · 10/12/2014 19:31

Belle story line is being very well played out IMO, but really becoming difficult to watch.
