Awful. And bonkers. She's supposed to be a top CIA operative and she goes and does all these bonkers things. I used to really like her as a character and now think... ugh. Plus was she not all over the news at one point re her relationship with Brody and appearing in front of a Senate committee? Could he not have googled her?

Also don't understand why the Ambassador's husband was passing on the info? Was he being blackmailed? And does that mean Sandy was a baddie?

Ambassador's husband stole documents and passed them to Sandy. I think he, in turn, passed them to Pakistani Intel (that right?) not the Taliban or a terrorist organisation.

Pakistani Intel should be working with the US but footage of Sandy's death clearly shows they're not. The bloke they were watching in the apartment was Pakistani Intel. All of which begs the question whether Sandy was double agent.

I'm at the age where I always seem to have the subtitles on and I still don't understand it! The problem is I think I don't pay enough attention because it's so ridiculous. One agent behaves like a loony and is always showing her face in public and the other gets drunk and into fights - no wonder the terrorists are running rings around them!

I would have liked to be in that lecture about US Pakistan relations, given by a corrupt Professor who just happens to be husband of US Ambassador, very incestuous... Do you think she knows? she seemed rather contemptuous and dismissive of him... Who was the Pakistani female agent who has him blackmailed? Who was the guy with Saul, obviously from Pakistani Intel/secret service but why not working with the US...

I have finally caught up so can read this thread! Binged all four episodes tonight. I am so loving this series. It's so much better without Brody and the world's most boring family. Dana in particular makes me want to punch the TV.

I was so enjoying it all...until Carrie decided to seduce the asset. WTF?! Although not entirely surprising given her form with Brody. But it does seem a bit disingenuous to me - would a young, conservative Pakistani man really be seduced like that? Hmmmm.

Am excited for next week already, especially to see Saul's twinkly face
