I can't imagine standing up to give birth - i had my two in stirrups though and the first was a forceps. How nice to be able to be a bit more in control.

I had a standing birth with my first, ex dp had to catch ds as he came out so quickly.

I love it! Ds was an emcs so I watch the 'normal' labours and wonder how I'd have coped.
