Weirdly I only got into this last season. Watched one episode and got hooked! Fortunately E4 have been showing the earlier episodes so I'm catching up. I thought I'd hate it but it's so compelling. All they do is shag each other, cheat on each other, break up and gossip about each other. It's a fantastic soap opera and all the girls have amazing swishy hair!

Excited about the new series, anyone else?

Much prefer MIC than Towie, I do miss ollie though he had the most brilliant face expressions, Mark Francis (the only person posher than the queen) needs more air time!

Ha ha Mark Francis is so outrageous, I almost can't believe he is real! I thought Ollie was beautiful looking but think he was mean to Gabriella tho. Something I can't work out about any of them tbh is how intelligent they are. I mean they all have these cut glass accents but are they really all a bit ' Tim, nice but dim'..?

They're off to New York later in the summer I believe.

It's unpopular but Spencer is my favourite, he's so funny yet such a pig at the same time.

I can't wait. I love MIC, I live in the area and know a lot of the pubs and restaurants they go to.

OMG OMG OMG! Just seen trailer for MIC. Looks like Alex has cheated on Binky, Cheska looks good, Fran looks tanned, Spencer looks pleased with himself, Lucy looks pissed off, Jamie looks defensive.

I love MIC! Andy Nostrils is my favourite. I so would . I also like Francis, he's so sweet but so out of touch with reality.

Good news! I have a soft spot for MIC even though I can't tell the girls apart - they either have sleek shiny dark hair or sleek shiny blonde hair, and other than that are indistinguishable, apart from the one who looks like a horse.

Jamie was on Sports Relief "living with poor people" and was actually very sweet, even if he did wonder aloud what the family would do if their aga broke down.

I have to be honest, as Ive never told anyone in real life but.
whenever I watch it, I feel the need to do my hair nicer, or sort my wardrobe out & get rid of old tat, put fake tan on, paint my nails etc

I know that sounds silly, but it makes me aware of how unkempt I am! although I forget my resolutions, by the next day

I secretly love it but can't bring myself to tell anyone. But dp outs me to my friends. I love Phoebe's clothes but I dislike ALL of them as people. Yuck. But the fashion is good. I do wonder how they are all so slim with how much they drink though. But suppose I was too at 21.

never watched this tho love towie and then saw on e4 and have been watching catch up from s1 episode 1

think e4 on series 3 now, so will carry on watching that daily so in hopefully 3 weeks time i will be on normal catchup and then watch s7 mic - which i will record

I think MIC is so much better than Towie. They're all such utter spoilt idiots yah, but it's so beautifully shot and at least they create a bit of a storyline. Towie just seems to be people standing around at a party saying 'Oh my Gawd he's mugged you off babe'.
