its driving me bonkers, can you help me find the name of this british actor please?

hes blond, has a bit of a squint mouth, quite a narrow jaw, maybe early forties, plays (i think) villians occasionally, cops (ive checked old Bill cast as i thought he had been in that but hes not there), firemen (ive also checked old Londons Burning cast and hes not there either!), hes fairly quiet, not too well known, please, its driving me daft!

Oh good! An excuse to turn this thread into worshipping at the altar of Julian Rhind-Tutt,

There was a clip from Green Wing showing J R-T the other night when the dark curly haired one was interviewed by someone and I only watched it cos I knew thered be some footage of J RT sooner or later.

My dh goes "Yes J R-T's a very good fall guy to the dark curly haired one."

What????
