Where are the windows?

Four bedrooms? How often do they think people are going to visit? I'm sure friends/family will be full of promises to come often but it's a long way and a lot of money

Agree, I think they are overestimating the visitor potential

I don't get these metal fences right outside windows -it would be like waking up in a prison

Neil's aunt and uncle emigrated years ago.
Their flat is worth £80k, how could they afford the £400k one in Aus?

What? Their flat here is £80k but they want the £420k house over there!

But pasta is cheaper so that's ok. Phew

So their mortgage would be a mere £2k more than they are paying at the moment?! Well, that would seem to be the 4 bed house out the window.

I'm finding this one a bit dull. They're too nice. Generally need kids in the mix to make it more interesting.

So even if they got those jobs and were £30k better off salary wise, they'd actually be £6k worse off

in time for the emotional blackmail

I like this couple. I think they'll not go but will ultimately split because one wants to be in aus and the other needs to be in Scotland!
