We're running out of space on the previous thread - thanks to HalleLouja for the inspired thread title.

No spoilers please! I'm all braced for the Bearded Iran Invasion. And maybe, just maybe, tonight's the night Silent Chris will get that speech therapy he so badly needs.

And another pathetic link to those Homelanded album covers because if someone doesn't tell me what at least one of them originally was then I might well go pop.

Just caught up. I won't be watching the next season. Just for the fact that as if she could've wandered the streets clearly as a western woman with a scarf occasionally on her head and not aroused suspicion. Never mind the fact that she's ballsed every mission up and still got a promotion, it's just silly.

valiumredhead · 24/12/2013 12:07

Watched the last episode last night. Utterly ridiculous on many levels,I won't bother with the next series.

Did the CIA forget she has mh issues and therefore they can't actually employ get let alone ship her off to Istanbul?Confused

And Brodie's hanging was the most unrealistic hanging ever televised. They should've taken tips from The Village on BBC 1 shown last year-I'm still having nightmares about that hanging!

valiumredhead · 24/12/2013 12:13

Her not get

valiumredhead · 24/12/2013 12:15

Damien Lewis did look mighty fine with short hair though

HalleLouja · 24/12/2013 12:20

He looked very hot. Maybe just to remind us what we are missing.

Lighthousekeeping · 24/12/2013 14:43

It's a goid job I had nothing better to do last night. I dread to think where they are going with the next one.

GypsyFloss · 24/12/2013 16:54

I just don't find DL hot at all. It's his hair and his mouth.

onedev · 24/12/2013 16:59

I don't find Damien Lewis attractive at all but I do prefer the episodes that he's in to those he's not.

FunnyFestiveTableRunner · 25/12/2013 01:05

Happy Christmas Homelanders :) Sending you all a Quinn fresh from the shower (white towel, mmm-mmmmmm!) with a side order of hot beardy zombie? doc Wink

HoHolepew · 25/12/2013 09:07

Happy Christmas, I'll just take all the beardys ta Xmas Grin

HalleLoujaItsChristmas · 25/12/2013 09:44

I don't think so Hoholepew. I got there first and sneaked in Quinn too

GypsyFloss · 25/12/2013 10:02

I'd quite like Virgil please. He's a good egg and just the right side of geeky.

Showtime · 25/12/2013 12:52

I'm starting a queue right here for best of next season's offerings.

Showtime · 25/12/2013 15:14

Does anyone know yet when next season's due?

Hassled · 27/12/2013 10:08

Showtime - I have read the entire Homeland-related internet and no-one seems to know. All I can tell you is that however ridiculous the plots, I will be here to see how long it takes before Carrie and Quinn have a Turkish snog.

And belated Happy Christmas, Homelanders - it's been a blast :).

Brodie's hanging was unrealistic. Perhaps it was fake...

Showtime · 27/12/2013 13:34

Thanks Hassled, I thought I'd just missed an announcement (happens quite a lot).

Looking forward to next series too, it was still an amazingly good programme for many reasons, and quite agree hanging could have been fake, providing Javardi with Brodie as pawn......Who knows what other incredible plots they'll come up with?

Yes, Happy Christmas all, and a good 2014.
