About a GP practice, not Eastenders. They don't rush things. Don't you remember how long the Lyme disease storyline went on? We had days of Juuulia just looking at apples in a casserole dish.

I am getting annoyed with the gobby story but more that she has just been left to it surely she would have some appointments to follow even at the mill ?
I am also confused by different names on here do we have new people or name changes I missed

curly having had serious medical ishoos myself and with my DC, I can assure you that not having follow up appointments for ages us the norm. Not that I am bitter about this at all, oh no

I have said it before and I say it again, I like Gobby and the storyline. Yes, it is probably going to be drawn out as a cliff hanger over Christmas. Will she/won't she recover, but I reckon it will be wrapped up in the New Year.

I too am confused as to if a few posters on here are new or name changers. I like to extend a little welcome to newbies (which are few and far between) but I think it is name changing for the most part at the moment. My spreadsheet is .

I too think the Gobby storyline won't resolve before Christmas. I still think she is acting it really well but do sort of want her to get better so the Gobbyplods can have a naice family Christmas together

Finally finished Christmas shopping here, now to start wrapping. I'm so excited as have spent the last two Decembers in hospital so it's lovely to be 'joining in' Christmas this year

Still haven't caught up on yesterday's. Xmas & a poorly baby don't really go with catching up on TV while children play quietly.

Hospital went ok thanks to whoever asked. Ds is doing really well and interestingly the Paed thinks that the problems he's having now aren't actually connected to the meningitis but as we are hyper aware due to it we've asked for him checking earlier IYSWIM, anyway he pretty much confirmed our thoughts which is always nice.
