Cinnamon - that is an impressive weight loss, what motivated you to get started? I've been 2-3 stone overweight most of my adult life and yo-yo up and down a stone but never go the whole way. I used to run but can't anymore due to pelvic floor issues, but have never been a keen exerciser.
