Right, I have remembered today, so I am here early, ready to watch.

I have just sorted through the drawers in the sideboard in the hall. I can't believe how much junk was in there! I made so much space in them that I was able to put stuff that I have always kept on the top in the drawers! How long do you reckon it will stay all lovely and tidy?? My money is on until DD gets home from school!

I'm the same WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes, I could go to sleep about 8.30 most evenings and then awake when I actually go to bed! Ilost weight with both pregnancies and then piled it all back on when I stopped bf. With ds2 it was all around my middle and I felt rubbish, I went to my cousins engagement party and looked at all my large family and my aunt had lost 3 st as her knees are very painful and just felt it wasn't an excuse, I felt I was getting older and wanted to be able to do everything I could with ds's and I was getting genuinely worried about type 2 diabetes as I ate a lot of chocolate/cake/biscuits etc. When I was 16 my mum took me to slimming world and I lost 3st, I then put on 9st from 18-19 years old! Lots 4st at 24 because I was sick of taking up more than one seat on a bus but didn't go any further and was back up 2st when I married dh at 25. I don't have a great role model in my mum as she has been on every fad diet going and uses every gadget to exercise. I decided that was it for me, I needed to be healthier for life and finding running has really helped, made me mentally happier which means I rely less on food. I still struggle when I'm hormonal and usually give it but know after a few days I will get back into good habits. Loosing weight is so much mental, you just have to get in the right place and it is all much easier! Anyway enough of me
