So, Halloween is nearly upon us. Which of the Halloween smileys suits the Doctors cast and it's viewers best (bear with me, this is tenuous):

- Mandy (FOD), will make a pleasant witch (can we burn her at the stake?)
- Karen (Gobby), she's got a mouth that big.
- Howard (TBFE), tough times for him atm.
- Heston, you sly old dog you.
- everyone elses face on hearing about Hestons prowess.
- Kevin, in awe of Heston, poor bloke.
- Barry, on being turned down by his latest love interest.
- Jimmi, on not realising it's Halloween andthentalkingtooquicklyandquietlytocoveruphisembarrasment
and - us, the Doctors watchers. WTF?!
- Mrs T. She doesn't do Halloween.

Just got home so going to catch up on today's. It's looking quite WTF already and I'm only about 90 seconds in.

I am such a sad person

I have just got over excited because the new JL xmas ad will preview online tomorrow.

I was working there when they did the first one- cue accusations of 'selling out'. The ad was clever, but a bit dull.

I am watching today's and playing '80s reference' bingo.

Good to see that we were wrong about not being able to do WTF with a head injury. They've managed it beautifully.

I watched while ignoring the children, 6-10 year olds in the kitchen this afternoon. Loved all the main characters turning up as random people in Gobby's dream.

DS1 (14) is on his laptop but keeps looking up thinking I can't see him watching it.

It is so bad that you just have to watch and keep watching if you are in a room while it's on.

DH wandered in and asked 'What are you watching'? I said 'Doctors' (he has seen the odd episode) and asked why the woman was dressed like that. So i just said 'head injury' and he wandered back out.

Agree about the Gobbies, both great actors and they really do connect well.

I don't think I've ever managed to find anyone in RL that actually watches it. Possibly my uni flatmates but it might just have been me.

A Gobby spin off beckons. 'At Home with the Hollins'.

One of my friends watches it (I know because I have seen them commenting on the FB page - it popped up on that right hand sidebar).

Now I think about it I'm sure Doctors then Diagnosis Murder was a staple part of the daily routine in our house. Mind you I think we watched every medical drama and documentary going so it would have been surprising if we hadn't watched Doctors.

Missed it live today as had to go to the shops to take stuff back after bloody Clarks sent out the wrong size trainers for DD despite the box saying the ordered size. Grr!
