I think they're friends rather than a romantic couple.

Lighthousekeeping · 09/03/2014 23:22

The hairdressers with the glasses needs to wash his mouth out.

Lottapianos · 10/03/2014 14:54

Absolutely LOVED Dom doing the Blurred Lines bit at the beginning! One of the funniest Gogglebox moments ever. And the confusion about the cartoon titles at the start of Grease! I am starting to understand all the interest in Dom - he's a bit of a silver fox and very funny and always up for a tipple or 5

squoosh · 10/03/2014 14:56

But only 49!!

I thought he was early 60's.

Lottapianos · 10/03/2014 15:29

Yes squoosh, I would have said late 50s at least

angelos02 · 10/03/2014 16:01

Who is 49? Dom? No way. I would've said late 50's/early 60's. Alcohol must be aging. Who knew?!

Amandine29 · 14/03/2014 21:51

ppeatfruit · 15/03/2014 14:02

I LOVE this and only came across it last night (there's alot of other acceptable stuff on at the same time Grin).

mrsjay The poshpissheads are called Leon and June? I'm confused. I was really lol right through (esp. the son of the German dad's face) soo embarrassed typical teenager. Grin

Zingy123 · 15/03/2014 14:27

Poshpissheads are Dom and Steph

Older couple are Leon and June

Can't bear shoutymum

Amandine29 · 15/03/2014 15:00

Agree that shouty mum's daughter is very rude. I think it's just immaturity and trying to be funny.

Leon and June are very sweet and the posh pissheads are always hilarious.

What does everyone think of the 3 (?) new families?

I don't like the older couple or the family, they don't seem to add anything new. I'm undecided on the vicar. She looks like she could be funny but she's quite similar to the knitting mum with her stupid questions.

Ellenora5 · 15/03/2014 15:21

You know the family with the grown up son who sits in the middle, well I can't stand him, he is always putting his mother down.

The brown knitting that Mrs Michael has, has got considerably longer this week, she must have been knitting like a demon all week and thankfully her son put his cap back on and we don't have to see his ponytail

The new family with the daughter who applied for lunch supervisor job is ok, but they haven't been on a lot

The reverend and husband might be ok, but he has nothing to say for himself, he can bang out a tune on the piano though, and I loved their teacosys haven't seen anyone use them in years

What happened to the couple who were always in bed and eating

June and Leon are still my favourites, love them, and what he said at the end was lovely

mrsjay · 15/03/2014 16:54

no the piss heads are dom and steph the older couple are leon and june

mrsjay · 15/03/2014 16:55

I liked REv Kate i think she is going to be good , the german man was getting on my wick though and the son has he ever spoken

IHaveSeenMyHat · 15/03/2014 16:58

He isn't their son, he's the daughter's boyfriend.

I'm not sure why he's there, since he doesn't speak. Unless it's a running joke?

mrsjay · 15/03/2014 17:02

that is not their daughter I will google

Logg1e · 15/03/2014 17:04

The young woman on the left is the woman on the right's daughter. The german man is her step father. The young man on the left is the daughter's boyfriend. They tell us this every episode.

mrsjay · 15/03/2014 17:06

oh right we he is a bundle of laughs anyway

Logg1e · 15/03/2014 18:29

I think that he's great, so, so expressionless. At first I thought he must be nervous in front of the "in-laws" but actually he seems very comfortable around them. I love how none of the others ask him anything. Perhaps he's quite shy and they just accept it? (Mind you, he'd be lucky to get a word in edgeways).

Amandine29 · 15/03/2014 18:32

I've always thought the same. They seem to just accept him being there but not saying anything. But then maybe he just doesn't get chance!

Pobblewhohasnotoes · 15/03/2014 21:11

The one that doesn't speak (is he really her boyfriend?), is he growing his hair so it covers his entire face?

mrsjay · 15/03/2014 21:12

he is turning into a LION before our eyes Grin

ppeatfruit · 16/03/2014 09:39

Thanks mrsjay and Loggie sorry to be dense but I literally just rediscovered it so know no one on it. I'll google it later if i can be bothered.

The boyf who's so embarrassed (maybe it's because he's aware of the camera and the others don't care or have forgotten).

I was watching TV yesterday and became horrribly aware of what i was saying to DH !! Anyone else get this reaction? Grin
