Anyone watching this tonight?

It's a guilty pleasure of mine Blush

I'm glad Sandy/Sandra doesn't drink from the old pot noodle pot. That was Envy

WildThong · 11/05/2014 19:42

Just caught up, the wedding scene at the end was just lovely Grin

VeraClaythorne · 16/05/2014 21:49

Anyone watching? I've never seen Jay react as quickly as he did then!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 16/05/2014 21:59

Laughing at the son getting the cake while the dad has a good old rummage .

Ellenora5 · 17/05/2014 13:59

I really don't like the Michaels family at all

The loud family do annoy me but they have such a great relationship with their kids, the dad and the son seem especially close

I wonder has the Siddiqi baby been born yet

breward · 19/05/2014 21:29

So pleased they won a BAFTA, just a shame the stars of the show were not there in their glad rags to collect the award.

Sorry to hear Caroline Ahern, who does the voice over, has cancer for a third time. Sending her best wishes for a speedy recovery.

SpeedwellBlue · 19/05/2014 22:01

I thought this week's was really funny. The reactions to the Eurovision were hilarious!

braveandcrazy · 20/05/2014 06:42

I wish they could have been there too, but there are quite a lot of them, it would have been difficult to select a few. Even Corrie only had a couple of acting reps there.
But they were all at home watching the Baftas, so we'll see them react to the win, which should be interesting.
You'd have thought the woman accepting the award would have practiced reeling off the names a bit more, and wasn't keen on mentioning the ladies who have been dropped/left this series. Although technically of course the win is for last year's series.

teddyroll · 21/05/2014 00:42

I find it so lovely that everyone favorites the siddiquis; just goes to show that a) muslim families can be tolerant, funny and open minded and b) Britain just likes nice people, regardless of race.

I like leon when he's being romantic but I find him a little pervy most of the time - his wife has the patience of a saint.

Poshos are so funny, as are the gay couple

teddyroll · 21/05/2014 00:51

Ps not for a minute suggesting that muslim families are
Some backward group, just that our media portrays ppl so horribly and gogglebox is a light hearted way to show that close families are close regardless and that ideology can just influence people to be kind rather than intolerant. Cack handed way of saying 'siddiqui family are nice and open minded and I like their attitude"; must say the ukip supporting Brighton family confuse me

DioneTheDiabolist · 21/05/2014 01:00

I love all the households.

They are all warm and funny and dysfunctional and weird. I don't agree with everything they all say, but they all seem to have real love for the people they're with and none are horrible. And I love revisiting the big TV moments with them.Grin

bendydickcumonmybaps · 21/05/2014 14:08

I cracked up at the German guy saying everyone is a bit gay....its the cheeky way he said it that made me laugh.

Roussette · 21/05/2014 16:15

I love the Siddiqi's. The sons are so sensitive I think, when there's something moving on they watch it intently and look sort of emotional. Lovely family, the dad too is lovely.
The gay couple Chris and Stephen, are the most irritating. Apparently they've split up. Since watching themselves back on Gogglebox, Chris realises how much Stephen takes the mick out of him.

Ellenora5 · 21/05/2014 22:24

I heard today that big brother are trying to get the guy who sits in between his Mum and stepdad, can't remember his name, to go on the celeb bb, not sure if it's true though

Leon is so awful. Narrow minded, doesn't like anyone they watch on TV and acts like King of the house. His smutty remarks make me cringe

ThreeLannistersOneTargaryen · 23/05/2014 21:01

Here we go...

Last one for a while.

StepfauxWife · 23/05/2014 21:05

Last one in the series!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 23/05/2014 21:07

Leon's Greg Wallace rant hilarious

honeybeeridiculous · 23/05/2014 21:09

Did I read somewhere that the posh couple are related to someone famous??

honeybeeridiculous · 23/05/2014 21:11

And does the vicar never take her dog collar off?! She always has it on!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 23/05/2014 21:31

I want to ram UKIP woman's knitting needles up her arse . "Northern"

StepfauxWife · 23/05/2014 21:35

I'm starting to find Leon a little odious.

Brixton Sandys (Sandies?!) are on great form

KenDoddsDadsDog · 23/05/2014 21:44

Leon would be a great TV pal for me I'm afraid.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 23/05/2014 21:46

Stage school girl on BGT reminds me of the little Britain sketch with the pushy mam.
