Well, I thought that was brilliant!
I don't watch a great deal of telly these days, but really enjoyed that.

Anyone else watching?

Hope they make another one loved it, nice gentle humour but I like JC in it (he's good as as Paul Pott in the film too ) liked Dawn French as his mum "what do I say about the dirty ladies" "there not happy mum" v funny.

A second series has been confirmed Away, although when they'll find time to write/film it is another matter.

I think it got better as it went along, episode 4 was my favourite with him playing at being a rent boy. I'd never seen either of them before. Good to see Emilia Fox doing something different.
Shame there wasn't more belle & Sebastian. The Guardian said it had a B&S soundtrack so I was disappointed there was just a short clip of one song. They have done soundtracks before, although i think have split up now, Stuart Murdoch had other plans i think, although Belle left ages ago so maybe it had just reached a natural end.

it got a lot better as the series went on.glad there will be another series.

Dh and I sky+ it and watched the final 2 episodes last night. It was mildly amusing. Bit tame, but enjoyable.
