Just seen a trailer for The Walking Dead S4!! I actually squeed out loud. I never squee IRL. DP give me this look Hmm

So, Daryl fans, he'll be back on our screens in all his badass glory on 18th October on Fox.

those of us who can't wait will no doubt have already hypothetically worked out where we can hypothetically view it online after it has aired in the US Grin

I hope Michonne makes it through. The group need a leader, and I think she'd be a good one. Not sure she'd want to lead though,

Sorry that sounds like Rick's dead! Just don't think this council idea is very good and Rick doesn't want to do benign dictator any more - I think Michonne would be perfect - part of her appeal is that she'd not want the power

I've not posted in this thread before so this might have already been said, but didn't the governors new group accept what happened to their 2 leaders easily? No one seemed to think it was suspicious that they died when gov turned up.

I think you may all be disappointed about Judith, I fear the worst Sad

Well in fairness the first guy was a drunken idiot and I think the golf ball explanation was genius. After that they were all so jittery that the second guy tipped them over the edge - governor taking charge just made then trust him more.
Although how did this lot survive so long, either individually or as a group, with so little apparent exposure to biters? They didn't have a clue!

You can just imagine Rick stopping the car, zombies lunging everywhere, "Carl I am not driving any further until you get back in your booster seat and put your belt on!"

I thought there were a few punch the air moments
When the girls appeared, when michonne stabbed the guv, when tank guy turned round to find daryl pointing his crossbow at him and when Carl turned up and saved Rick

I really they hope they find each other. in my zombie plan one of the first things you do is agree a secondary location where you all meet up if you get separated Smile

Loved Carl killing those walkers at the end. I was cringing every time poor rick got hit in the face towards the end Confused

When the children saved T he said let's go and the kids ran off in the opposite direction to the bus. T shouted 'wrong way" I think they went the wrong way to quickly retrieve Judith.

So how come Michonne could lop off a zombie's head with one swing of her sword (in fact, she did a twofer in the first episode of this season), but the gov had to hack away at Herschel like he was chopping down a tree with a butter knife?

If they're following the books at all, Judith is dead.

Maybe because Michone knows how to wield a sword, it's not as simple as it looks! (I did Bushido for a while, I was very disappointed when I didn't look like the woman from Kill Bill after a few lessons)

I think Judith has no place in the programmes now, but I think she may be alive.

Need to watch it again to check but someone on another site pointed out that although the car seat was covered in blood, the straps were undone? And walkers don't usually bother with fiddly things like straps....

I think the car seat is meant to be a substitute for a pushchair/highchair etc as it's easier to find one of those in an abandoned vehicle. I don't think the producers would kill Judith as it wouldn't go down well with mainstream American audiences. I say American more than British due to the religious overtones of Season two.

Thanks jelly! I refuse to believe Judith's dead.
A walker didn't grab her as the straps are undone.
She wasn't eaten in the seat, not enough blood and guts and the straps have been undone.
Tyreese is later seen running carrying an object (Judith).
The blood in the seat has kind of slide marks, where you would slide your hands in to pick a baby up.
I so hope I'm right. I hate the other thoughtSad
